It's been three weeks since I have moved in. So far the experience has been amazing. I remember coming across an issue while our move-in but the situation was handled really well and patiently by the front desk official. The halls and the rooms over here are well maintained with few minor issues which was also resolved when we had put in our requests for the fixes. Big balconies makes the place feel more homely. The location of this apartment complex is great as well, all the restaurants and grocery stores are just at walking distance. Additionally, the streetcar accessibility is amazing, all you got to do is get down and the streetcar station is right there at few seconds of walk. So far my experience at Nexa has been amazing, I'm hoping that it stays like that and I get to enjoy my time here.

Cool place to live if Nexa would do walk-ins before placing the apartment in the market. Have to bother maintenance and leasing office to get things done, but it is close to ASU campus. Recommend going elsewhere if have car.

Positives: My unit is nice and the overall location is good and within walking distance of a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The underground parking is convenient. The main swimming pool is nice and cold. The property manager is nice and was helpful when I had an issue retrieving my mail. Negatives: Deliveries cant be made after the office closes, as drivers have no access to the inside or mail room. Hot spas are non functional, and apparently have been for months. This is my 3rd week here and I regret leasing here because of this.

NEXA apartment is a really good place with a perfect location, friendly employees, and high-quality construction. However, the swimming pool is frequently out of order and under maintenance, making it unusable. On the second floor, facing the internal courtyard, pet owners often leave dog waste on the artificial turf. Occasionally, someone vomits in the second-floor hallway, and it goes uncleaned. Additionally, several TVs on the second floor have been broken for a long time and remain unrepaired. Also, some people have left their shoe prints on the announcement paper which hangs on the wall of the elevator, and nobody has tried to clean them, which is very obvious.

We are making the necessary repairs and are awaiting an inspection to get the green light to open it back up! We cannot wait for everyone to enjoy the improvements! Our team maintains our grounds daily, however, if you are ever noticing something going untouched, please reach out to us in the office so that we can address it immediately. We are always appreciative of eyes and ears around the community! All TV's are in working order with the exception of our outdoor area by the ping pong table, we are in the midst of replacing these! Not the best leasing experience. Leasing office has been rude couple of times. Some general service issues take forever to fix (for ex. one of the call box next to an elevator was down for more than 3 months, al hot spa/fire place/etc have been out for 3 months and are still not working). Other specific apartment maintenance is quick though.

The unit I had was fairly modern and big, and being right next to the street car and light rail stop is amazing. The two major problems I had were that we had cockroaches in our common area (Not a ton, but fairly consitently), and they towed my girlfriends car.

Our tow company that we have in place does have authorization to come onsite and perform random audits to ensure all parking guidelines are being followed. If your girlfriend would like to dispute a tow, please contact us so that we may reach out to our tow company to determine the reason for the tow. For the past year and a half I've resided in the Nexa apartment complex, and on the whole, it's been a pleasant experience. The staff here are quite responsive, ensuring that maintenance requests are promptly addressed. The fully equipped fitness center, which operates round the clock, has become a regular part of my routine. Moreover, its convenient location right across from the streetcar and light rail stop has considerably reduced my travel time. It is full of engaging people and an active community which organizes bi-weekly fun events.

Nexa is a well-maintained community that is relatively quiet. The only frustration lately has been the lockers, and i have not been able to confidently order anything in a week. This is not the fault of Nexa, but rather the company that hosts the lockers. If this is a reoccurring issue, though, I will consider moving.

Had nothing but a quiet and nice living the last two years. I'm surprised how quickly I came to call my studio there my home of two years. I don't really too much to complain about.
