Annoying neighbors with no sense of respect for those around them. Good apartment layout.
Positives: My unit is nice and the overall location is good and within walking distance of a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The underground parking is convenient. The main swimming pool is nice and cold. The property manager is nice and was helpful when I had an issue retrieving my mail. Negatives: Deliveries cant be made after the office closes, as drivers have no access to the inside or mail room. Hot spas are non functional, and apparently have been for months. This is my 3rd week here and I regret leasing here because of this.
Amazing I love that the pool is back open now since it's been so hot just a comfortable living space in general Nexa is the absolute best for me.

NEXA apartment is a really good place with a perfect location, friendly employees, and high-quality construction. However, the swimming pool is frequently out of order and under maintenance, making it unusable. On the second floor, facing the internal courtyard, pet owners often leave dog waste on the artificial turf. Occasionally, someone vomits in the second-floor hallway, and it goes uncleaned. Additionally, several TVs on the second floor have been broken for a long time and remain unrepaired. Also, some people have left their shoe prints on the announcement paper which hangs on the wall of the elevator, and nobody has tried to clean them, which is very obvious.

We are making the necessary repairs and are awaiting an inspection to get the green light to open it back up! We cannot wait for everyone to enjoy the improvements! Our team maintains our grounds daily, however, if you are ever noticing something going untouched, please reach out to us in the office so that we can address it immediately. We are always appreciative of eyes and ears around the community! All TV's are in working order with the exception of our outdoor area by the ping pong table, we are in the midst of replacing these! Unfortunately when people damage them, we must replace them. Thank you for providing your feedback, it truly does help our team grow and help us address ongoing issues with neighbors. Living at Nexa has truly enhanced my experience as an ASU student. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk or bike ride to campus. I love the modern amenities here. The gym is perfect for my daily workouts, and the swimming pool is a great place to unwind after a long day of studying. My apartment itself is spacious and stylish, with all the comforts I need, like high-speed internet and in-unit laundry. These little conveniences make a big difference in my busy student life. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to help with any issues, which makes me feel well-supported. What really makes Nexa special is the vibrant local area. There are so many great places to eat and hang out, making it easy to socialize and relax with friends. Living here isn’t just about having a place to stay; it’s about being part of a community that enhances my entire university experience. Nexa Apartments is the perfect home base for my life at ASU.

I absolutely love living in Nexa ..! One of the most fine apartments in tempe. Very cooperative staff and even the amenities and other facilities are great. Definitely love the stay here and would want to stay here next year. Probably the best decision made and very safe building with great neighbors and absolutely love the events that take place .. keeps the place lively

My living experience has been great at NEXA! The amenities are amazing, the gym and grills specifically. The maintenance is good but often takes a bit longer than it should. The rooms themselves are great and have up to date appliances and furnishings.

Not the best leasing experience. Leasing office has been rude couple of times. Some general service issues take forever to fix (for ex. one of the call box next to an elevator was down for more than 3 months, al hot spa/fire place/etc have been out for 3 months and are still not working). Other specific apartment maintenance is quick though.

For the most part, Nexa is a great place to live. There have been a lot of changes to management and the maintenance team this year, which isn’t ideal. That said, I’m generally very happy in the community and hope to continue living here in the future.

Love it here! Everyone is so nice and helpful! I've lived in the studio option for about a year and it is so spacious compared to the studio size that I am used to!

Moved in Last Year do to a Work transfer Place is Top Notch and being so close to ASU practically on its campus .Its quiet with student tenants and diverse as well with its tenants .Young Professionals,Some Family Members and Senior s you should check it out …….. light rail stop in the front of building Well secured is a plus

Nexa is a great place to live in. It's luxurious and has a safe community. I havent had any bugs issue. It has the nicest gym and other amenities. I would recommend and would definitely live here.

The unit I had was fairly modern and big, and being right next to the street car and light rail stop is amazing. The two major problems I had were that we had cockroaches in our common area (Not a ton, but fairly consitently), and they towed my girlfriends car.

As far as any pest issues, we have a weekly pest control service that can be utilized by residents, just reach out to the office and we can get this taken care of. I am sorry to hear about your girlfriend's vehicle being towed. Our tow company that we have in place does have authorization to come onsite and perform random audits to ensure all parking guidelines are being followed. If your girlfriend would like to dispute a tow, please contact us so that we may reach out to our tow company to determine the reason for the tow. For the past year and a half I've resided in the Nexa apartment complex, and on the whole, it's been a pleasant experience. The staff here are quite responsive, ensuring that maintenance requests are promptly addressed. The fully equipped fitness center, which operates round the clock, has become a regular part of my routine. Moreover, its convenient location right across from the streetcar and light rail stop has considerably reduced my travel time. It is full of engaging people and an active community which organizes bi-weekly fun events.

Nexa is a well-maintained community that is relatively quiet. The only frustration lately has been the lockers, and i have not been able to confidently order anything in a week. This is not the fault of Nexa, but rather the company that hosts the lockers. If this is a reoccurring issue, though, I will consider moving.

I have not enjoyed living at Nexa. Very expensive, and the leasing team charges extra at every possible opportunity, apartment rates went up $200/month after one year of living there, my bike was stolen and nothing was done about it, and generally the office made my life more difficult rather than easier. Would not recommend.

I can imagine how awful it must have been to have personal property stolen, but crime knows no address and we are hopeful that you were able to file an insurance claim and take proper measures to avoid this from happening again in the future.
