Live one mile west of busy downtown Orem in Suncrest. Characterized by Utah's signature wide streets -- wide enough for a team of oxen to turn around, as legend has it -- the neighborhood gives residents privacy and room to breathe. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Parking enforment is a joke. Had to pay $200 because I parked near the dumpster because I was moving things in. Then there were no more spots when I was finished so I left it there. Was more than 20ft away from the dumpster so if anyone or anything need to get into it they could have, and I went out to move it very early in the morning and it had been towed around 2a.m. Thanks a lot guys, out $200 for a very dumb reason.

Apartment review
It is a very nice place, I just moved in for school three weeks ago and the apartment is very nice and roomy and it has a very modern feel to it. It is right next to the highway which is good and bad because you can hear the highway a little bit at times but the apartments are very noise proof because it is so close to the highway so you don't hear your neighbors or anything which is very nice as well.
