Amazing, 10/10 would recommend living here very affordable, and super quiet , i definitely have been enjoying this beautiful apartment!, has great amenities, have had zero issues with neighbors, very respectful team working here

The apartments were honestly pretty nice, however, the management was straight-up abysmal. No proper communication, no problems were solved, and half the time had to talk to maintenance for answers since the management didn't know for some reason.

Roach motel !!! And Lazy manager don’t move here don’t even waste your time spend your coins else where.

There is ALOT of bad illegal activities, noticed a roach infestation during the first couple of hours moving in. The children here play in the dumpsters. People just throw trash wherever. The management lady plays favorites if she doesn't like you she will do anything she can to find a reason to harass you. I have lived here 4 months and absolutely hate it. Don't waste your time or money.

Small town, once you get to Crosby you will not want to leave lol. I love my apartment, large 3 bedroom 2 full size bath, hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms. This is a new property surrounded by woods, easy access to the freeway. The manager is wonderful any issues or concerns are addressed and followed up (which I love). There is a play ground for the kids and management has special events for us, on Halloween there was pizza, candy costumes for the entire complex, Christmas the kids made decorations there was food and hot chocolate. It's in the club house and a lot of fun its actually where I met most of my neighbors lol. If your looking for a small community THIS IS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have lived in Newport Village since July 2015. We rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 3rd floor. I love the apartment! It has hardwood floors and carpet in the bedroom, it also has a walk in closet in the guest bedroom and washer and dryer hookups. It wasn't too bad moving in and I love the fact that no one lives above us. Jaycee in the office is great, she always calls or emails us right back when we have a question or concern. Calvin the maintenance guy does and awesome job at keeping the place clean and fixing things right away. The only bad thing I could say about this place is they don't have a pool! We had to move out because of my husbands job transfer but we would have stayed until we were able to afford a house.

Brand new apts, very nice, but should bring up to date their screening processes. There are plenty people trying to bounce back from this downfall of oil and made certain decisions to feed their families over getting sunk in debt.

First of all, The ladies in the front office have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Second, this place is not safe at all. There are random people walking around the complex at all hours of the night. People walk in and out of the woods that surround the apartments all day long. Did I mention the man with the MACHETE that walked out of the woods and onto the property at 11:30 at night? Hide your kids, hide your wife. Drug deals in plain sight... Things are just crazy here. You do not feel safe here and it has only been open a few months... Also, if you do not like or are scared of dogs, this is not the place for you!! The property isn't the cleanest but what do you expect from an apartment complex that does not have one singe trash can in sight? Maybe if a few trash cans were installed around the complex, pet owners would start to pick up all the dog poo that's covering the grass. Just a thought... Also, why are there ants all over the inside of the apartments if supposedly there was an exterminator on the premises before anyone moved in? I can only bleach everything in my apartment down so much. They recently added a new charge to tenants who need their toilet snaked or checked.. Um... Isn't that the maintenance mans job? If a tenant has an issue with the toilet or anything else for that matter, shouldn't they be able to call and have them come and look at it without being charged a fee? This place is really just one big joke. If I could un-sign my contract, I would in a heartbeat.

Newly built, surrounded by woods, yet direct access to fm 2100. Located in a nice small,but growing town, 10mins to hwy 90 or fm 1960. Decent sized rooms, w/d hook ups, dishwasher, and built in microwave. Great and helpful office staff. All tenants have 24/7 acess to a small gym and an internet library. Also a play area for kids.
