Only 15 minutes from the center of Boston, the Glenwood neighborhood provides city living at a lower cost. Many of the residential properties were built in the 1920s and '30s, which have since intertwined with newer structures built from 1970 up until present day. Today Glenwood is one of Medford’s most diverse neighborhoods and known as being one of the best places for college students to reside. The safe neighborhood also provides a friendly place for families and young professionals. Roaches, rodents and no recycling.....leasing office LIES and they try to charge you fees that are arbitrary... Towed cars, front door doesnt work, mail is a horror show, laundry is old and doesn't wash! Not one good thing about this place

Mystic place is a nice quiet place to live. It offers sitting rooms for comfort and a nice gym. The maintenance and office staff are courteous and respectful and offer immediate assistance. Property is not secure the fence needs to be repaired with kids going back and forth to the projects. The access gate for the garage does not work, so anyone can park in the garage however many others are paying for a parking spot. Kids will be riding their bikes up and down in the garage which is very dangerous. The garage needs to be SECURE. This is private property but there is northing private about this place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone to live here.

I really like living here because the people are friendly and polite and there are amenities that are useful for everyone including the dog park for people that have dogs. Ijust wish that they would bring back the computer room.

Overall, my living experience has been OK. But it can be so much better for the rental prices. Mystic Place has been my home since 2007 and I remember when security and community were of a higher value. Management and the contracted security team(s) enforced community policies that made the place more pleasant to live for all.

Place is falling apart and effort from Management is null. There has been a fence broken by neighboring non-residents and management ignores it. They flow through and harass our property. Fence contractor was on site to fix broken fence caused by car accident, and they did not even repair the hole in the fence. It’s like they cater to these neighbors who are non-residents. The cheap rent-a-coo security they hire does NOTHING. He parks in front of the fire hydrant and naps in the plaza. He has been seen joking around with the people who are problematic. Nobody cares. Everything is cheapened. But prices go up every year. Their poor construction in our bathroom allowed mice to flow into our unit from the walls. Their repair was soo bad and unfinished. We had to get a cat (at the advice of pest control) and now we have to pay monthly rent for the cat!

I have lived here for about one year. Compared with my pervious apartment, I think Mystic Place is a better place to live. The environment is nice. The building is quite and clean. The neighbors are really nice. Importantly, the manager staff are really nice. Once my car was towed by mistake. And they helped me to negotiate with the towing company and get my car back. I really appreciate it! I like the place!

I have lived at Mystic Place for 41 years. I have recently had my apartment remodeled. I have a new refrigerator, oven, cabinets, dish washer, and sink in the kitchen. I have new flooring in the whole apartment. I have new bathroom tile and new light fixtures as well as cabinets. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend Mystic Place. I call Mystic Place my home and have lived here for the last 21 years- I dont plan on moving out any time soon as I conveniently manage my life with ease when it comes to work, shopping, commuting, etc.
I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid at all cost. This place is not “luxury” at all! It is infested and management does absolutely nothing! They reel you in with showing a “model” unit then charge luxury prices only to place you in a roach motel. Neighbors are filthy. So it doesn’t matter if you keep your apartment clean they will still come into your unit. It is horrible. Do yourself a favor, go else where.

Must share what a perfect place mystic place is. I have lived here going on four Year's but I hope to stay here and live a little by enjoying their free music and ice cream. The staff are super kind and patience is one of their greatest virtues. Maintenance is fantastic. The property is stellar.

Mystic place is a glorious place to live. I enjoy entertaining here and meeting great neighbors and staff. The property is well kept. There is much offered here. The gym is great and during covid they were very careful with sign limitations. The office has kindly allowed me to use their copy machine for work which is above the call of duty. I have always had a personal contact person in the office as I have personal struggle. Mystic place is clean and maintenance is extremely responsive. I recommend Mystic place to everyone!
Is a nice place to bring children up, very friendly people and a real nice area with plenty of stores, and a Ice Skating Arena
