I have lived at Mysa for four years, and enjoyed living here. The community is friendly and the leasing office team is very helpful, as is the maintenance team. Everyone has gone out of their way to make living here easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
I have lived at Mysa @ the Crossing for four years. That essentially speaks for itself. The leasing office staff and the maintenance team have consistently gone out of their way to make sure my needs are met and my concerns are taken care of. The gym is also a great addition.

Resident Review – Proceed with Caution While the pool and grounds have improved and the maintenance team—led by Tony—is outstanding, the overall living experience at Mysa at the Crossing is deeply frustrating. Management prioritizes profit over residents, with excessive fees, unjustified rent hikes, and aggressive parking enforcement. Booting is common, even for guests, and parking scarcity appears intentionally manufactured. Promised services like valet trash have been removed, and residents are charged for utilities that should be covered by the landlord. Communication from property management is often misleading or dismissive, and there’s a noticeable lack of professionalism and respect—both toward residents and their own maintenance and leasing teams. Despite repeated feedback, nothing changes. If you're considering moving here, be aware: the amenities don’t outweigh the daily frustrations.

Mysa at the Crossing is a wonderful apartment community, with excellent staff (so kind and welcoming), great sound insulation, and beautiful mountain vistas. The clubhouse is lovely. The apartment appliances and materials are all really high quality, I was pleasantly surprised. Also, love the smart thermostat! And I’m so close to work, my commute is literally 8 minutes. I used to spend 2 hours daily in the car just getting to and from work! Now, as I’m leaving my home, I can actually enjoy the beautiful Mountain view. My only regret is that I went for the 1 bedroom instead of the 2 bedroom!

Do not live here. No, you will not have better luck than this. Parking is an absolute nightmare. There is nowhere to go and they are missing like half the legal parking spots we need. Their solution is to send us "hey dont park illegally!!" emails every 2 days. I'm on a months long wait list for a second spot, and they just keep saying "we pinky promise we're building another parking lot" but I've been here for like 7 months and no progress. I've gotten tons of tickets AND towed because of random construction across the street. There are never legal spots, especially after 5pm, and you WILL have to park illegally, since there is no where else around to move. My car was booted in my own PAID parking spot. Staff does not answer calls nor are they in the office when I go by to talk to them. We've had unsafe incidents and the staff did not care at all. Also it's super expensive for what you actually get.

I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated with the parking on property, and that you have received parking tickets as a result. The parking bi-monthly emails have been request by our residents to better communicate parking do and don'ts on and off property. The construction of the Boulder Arts Studio across the way has resulted in additional parking spaces on the city street being reserved for construction materials. While this is frustrating, the permit was approved by the City of Boulder, without input from Mysa. We feel terrible, that your car was booted, but the bi-weekly emails you mentioned receiving clearly state that any vehicle without a permit is subject to booting. It is disappointing to hear we have missed your calls, and we would encourage you to leave a voicemail or email the property if you are ever unable to get in touch with us. In regards, to feeling unsafe, we take those matters very seriously. I do not see any communication from your household in the past about this matter. I am brand new to Mysa and so far the experience has been excellent. the management and maintenance people have been so nice and helpful. I had some medical issues when I moved in and management were super helpful to make sure I did not stress in any way, and they offered extra help if I needed any. I very much appreciate that. I wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy; this entire management company screams “UNPROFESSIONALISM AND CARELESSNESS.” Note: I've been holding back on writing a review for the past few months as I wanted to give them some opportunity to improve, which I still need to see. If they do their jobs, fix our parking situation, and start to improve, I would consider rewriting this review. First thing, parking. Parking is unacceptable and is only possible if you have a permit (which is impossible to get). They constantly tell you, "Oh, just park on Canfield Street,” even though there are NO SPOTS to the point where people are almost blocking the entrance to the street. If you get home anytime past 4-5ish, you are out of luck unless you want an expensive parking ticket from the city or your car towed. The best example of management’s careless incompetence is when we were promised two spots before we signed our lease, which is the entire reason we signed to begin with. Did we receive the permits? Nope! We have been on a waiting list for multiple months and still haven’t had the issue resolved despite reaching out MULTIPLE times. To make things even better, we received a parking ticket on Canfield Street due to the sloppy, incompetent management. Second! The office never answers the phone; even if they do, they could be more helpful and professional. Even better, they are so determined not to do their job that they LEAVE THE OFFICE BEFORE THEY EVEN CLOSE. For example, I called 15 times, left multiple voicemails this week, and still have not heard someone’s voice. When I tried to go to the office around 4:45, it was locked, and no one was there, despite them closing at 6. That screams “Business of the Year,” doesn’t it? Third! The apartments show lazy patchwork or poor build quality when you open your eyes. Moving in, we have paint splatters all over our floor, which reminds me about their specialty. They follow the “landlord special” technique by PAINTING OVER HAIR AND DIRT. Even when you move in, they don’t bother fixing or replacing things that need to be replaced! I don’t understand why listening to people and doing your job is so hard. The entire experience that we’ve had so far is so disappointing, unacceptable, and just upsetting. We gave them multiple opportunities to improve before getting upset, which still has yet to happen.

We prioritize a parking space for all new residents over the waitlist and it sounds like you benefited from the policy at move in. I do apologize if you were made to believe that a second space would be given to you at move in. Regarding Canfield Street, it is monitored and property of the City of Boulder. I can also say with confidence that ticketing oft occurs when vehicles are parking illegally. While I regret that you were issued a ticket, the City is responsible. Regarding the office, from time to time have to close the office while on tour. I will work with the team to improve on communication. I’ve lived at Mysa for two years and have nothing but good things to say about the community. The management and maintenance staff are both exceptional.
