Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles on S Olive Street, this striking rooftop amenity space seamlessly blends indoor comfort with outdoor living at an elevated vantage point above the city. The interior lounge is defined by a bold contrast of matte black ceilings and crisp white architectural columns, creating a modern, high-design atmosphere. Artistic pendant lighting with woven, sculptural shades adds warmth to the space, while large-format porcelain tile flooring runs throughout. Built-in banquette seating with plush cushions, woven rope dining chairs, and black glass-topped tables provide ample space for gathering and dining. A sleek wet bar with stainless steel fixtures, dark cabinetry, and reflective countertops serves as the central hub for entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls open directly onto a spacious outdoor terrace, flooding the interior with natural light and framing unobstructed panoramic views of the Los Angeles skyline. The terrace itself is anchored by a circular fire pit surrounded by curved sectional seating, all sheltered beneath a modern pergola with glass-panel roofing. The result is an all-weather outdoor lounge ideal for gatherings, with the glittering downtown skyline as its backdrop.

In the 1890s, the most fashionable neighborhood in Los Angeles was Bunker Hill. Filled with elegant Victorian homes and sophisticated stores for the socialites and trend-setters who lived in the neighborhood, Bunker Hill was filled with LA's sparkle and glitter. That changed in the early 1920s, when the neighborhood's location -- perched on a hill in the city -- began to be seen as an impediment to growth rather than an asset. In addition, the elevation of the entire neighborhood was lowered, a tunnel was built through the area, and the neighborhood became overcrowded due to the ever-expanding city.
The neighborhood was nearly forgotten until recently, when it began to emerge as one of LA's trendy neighborhoods once again. The neighborhood escaped much of the city's redevelopment, so many of the older structures still remain. This trendy neighborhood is home to some fantastic venues, as well, such as the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Broad, and the Museum of Contemporary Art.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
