Favorite complex, location and apartment community.

Have lived in three locations here in Portland Metro area and re-leased at Multnomah Village Apartments as this is my favorite by far! Great location, community and apartment complex.

Well, it is a very nice place, but aside from that its also right smack dab in the middle of the village! Great place to be able to go out of or stay in! Just a wonderful place, I think.

Fantastic place to live, proximity to downtown, Beaverton, lake Oswego, Tigard. Then you get the shops below and off of SW Capitol Hwy. Highly recommend!

Great location for Multnomah Village living! I have always felt taken care of here. It is quiet and well maintained. In the rare event I require assistance, the staff is friendly, attentive, and timely.

Noisy

Great amenities, location and neighbors, but bad sound insulation and management is reactive not proactive. If your upstairs neighbors are noisy, forget about sleep, management will not enforce the quiet enjoyment clause of the leases. They issue meaningless "citations" and tell you essentially to get over it. I know other neighbors in the same situation. Also, the garbage room is shared by three other retail businesses, so it's often dirty and smelly. I had to beg them to address this issue.

We strive for the best customer service possible and address issues when they arrive swiftly and efficiently. When it comes to disputes between neighbors it?s important to look at all parties involved and what the living situations are. Lease violations are issued and residents are held accountable for their actions when it is deemed necessary by the property management team. Regarding the refuse room, we have been in constant contact with the retail spaces in finding a solution that is sustainable long term. Our team here has gone above what is expected of them by providing weekly or biweekly pressure washings in the refuse room. In addition, we have looked into having a private company come and clean this shared space and are still waiting on bids. We value the feedback of our residents and appreciate you voicing your concerns as we are always trying to make the resident experience better.

Amazing place to live!!!

I am a currently living at the Multnomah Village Apartments, this place is beautiful, very clean and the Staff is amazing. I love living here and the location is wonderful just down the street from the beautiful little town of Multnomah Village where there are amazing eateries and shops with a very small town feel just minutes away from downtown Portland.

The Barn Doors!

I love the location! There are a lot neat places to walk to in the village. Management is very personable and helpful and the building. Also, the barn doors are my favorite.

It's good to be home!

Location location location! I LOVE being in the village. The apartment is beautiful, the appliances are all top of the line, and the apartment manager Ashley and her team are the most helpful I've ever worked with! Definitely put this place on your short list.

Excellent management

This building is brand new and has all the advantages of current design. Very pleasant colors and details in the kitchen and living room. The bedroom is large And has lots of light. Appliances Excellent. Security also excellent. I’m very glad to live here.
