Mountain Creek Apartments

The apartments have rats and they never fix anything the blinds are dirty and the windows are not secured.. the rent office is terrible and the maintenance me. Don’t fix anything and they be shooting at night time.. they don’t keep up the grounds and they hire people in the apartments to do security… trash all over the property they need to really close these apartments down honestly nobody has made a difference yet at the property they switch management like it’s nothing

I’ve been living here for a year and it’s been nothing but trouble.. Two people nearly died infront of my apartment, my apartment was robbed twice management communication is poor all they care about is money.. not a safe place for kids to be shootouts almost every night and there’s a rat infestation at the back of the apartments and roach infestation in all buildings DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

The people were kind and nice to speak with, but the property itself was terrible. There are hornet and wasps nests all over the property, and cracks under the doors. We had cockroaches crawling underneath into our apartment. There was evidence of water damage in the "newly renovated" apartment which left us wondering about the health and safety. Drawers were missing tracks and we found hair and rice stuck in the cabinets from being painted over. I left something by my car for 2 minutes and when I came back it was gone. I didn't feel safe there. There were also numerous issues with our lease with us eventually just leaving.

From out of town looking to move in the area & I Called an scheduled a tour and was told to come in to see the apartment but once I got there I was told that there was nothing to tour and to check online. I don’t know about the inside of the apartments because I didn’t get to view one but the neighborhood was nothing I was interested in once I got to the property.

I called to schedule an appointment to view an apartment and was told to hang up and schedule the appoinment online (very annoying since the lady should have been able to see what was available while I was on the phone). I went to the Mountain Creek Apartments website and there is no place to schedule an appointment. If setting an appointment to view the apartments is a hassle I can only imagine what it would be like living there. NO THANK YOU!

Went to the basketball court opening the other day. Kids loved it, all had a great time. Got to meet the new property manager and thanked her for FINALLY fixing the AC, so much better now with her and new maintenance guy! They're awesome! Would definitely recommend this place! Much quieter and more peaceful with new security and not as worried coming home late.

Was very impressed by the leasing staff here, very friendly and helpful with my situation. Really liked the apartment I toured and the quality of the renovations and flooring they are using. Much better than I expected.

I just absolutely LOVED Pecan Way Apartments. They were affordable, cozy, and spacey apartments that gave me a sense of privacy, yet community! There was adequate space for living, as well as pretty scenery around the place that truly made it feel like home. Well managed/maintenanced homes that I definitely reccomend!

I love the large space for the price you cant beat it.
