Very unprofessional office. Management broke the terms of the lease by failing to provide access to a storage unit (we finally got it, nearly 4 months later) and allowed us to sign a lease for a unit that decided to renew their lease, switching us to a more expensive unit. Our bathroom was unfinished, there was a homeless man living in the basement, and there is a cockroach infestation. One of our light switches is even painted over so we can't use it, our microwave was cracked, the oven door fell apart, and the AC was broken for the 106 degree heat.

The service is very good but the apartments are very old. If this is fixed then it will be very good and everyone will choose it. In addition, there is smoke all the time and no proper control on the stated issues. There is a need to have guests parking as well.

The apartment is functional. I have not had any trouble with the water fixtures, lighting or gas. The one challenge I have had is with their emergency team. A night call is deadly. They will not show up.

Good service, quick and efficient. Jennifer was patient and helpful. Have a couple of maintenance requests but overall great experience. Would recommend to family and friends.

Neighbors smoking weed, unconsciously playing loud music and cooking at unreasonable hours is not pleasant at all. I'd recommend living here as a last resource.

Mount Vernos Square Apartments home is a nice place to live, is quite, around nature. The leasing office is helpful. The apartments are in good shape, I never have any problem with it

Not the greatest place. Could be better amenities seeing how they charge tenants $70 every month. Yet laundry machines and gym machines dont work.

This apartment complex has made many noticeable improvements during my time here. Also maintenance responds quickly and the staff in the rental office are very nice.

New resident and so far I am happy with my choice! I’d looked at several other apartments and this one just felt right! The rent is affordable compared to other properties. The grounds are kept clean. The apartments hold community events that bring residents together. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The height of the apartment the on I liked, the place is a living area when I came for first time it impressed me. After we moved in with my family smoking is one of the challenges and hurts our health, also our next door neighbors smoking and our bathroom and bedroom the smoke is coming it’s one of the challenges. Second place located baby play ground and dogs also everybody smoking front of babies. Third: rent price aid little bit high for me , I wish to recommend my families and friends to come and live this place If you can improve this conditions I prefer good place for living, transport, silence, also your helpful maintenance technicians.

Over priced plus cost goes up yearly with no added services. Maintenance nonexistent. Reports are responded to weeks after. Horrible Residents with animals hardly ever picks up waste. Parking is becoming an issue with more residence with vehicles per household.

Life here has blossomed into good spirits. My apartment doesn't have rodents or insect issues. The one problem I would love to be addressed is the noise from my overhead neighbors.

I've been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and offer great amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions or concerns. The community vibe is welcoming, and I’ve enjoyed meeting my neighbors. I am loving living here, everything is so conveniented located, walking to stores , restaurants and bus stops is a breeze. The neighborhood looks the same as when I arrived in Virginia 19 years ago. Very well maintained so many trees for shade and beauty.

The maintenance is sometimes slow responding to work orders. Also, I pay for updated appliances, however, the appliances are old. There’s rust on the rack of the freezer and some rusting on the prongs of the dishwasher.

We just moved in recently and so far so good. The only issue was there was a miscommunication about getting to the apartment and how many stairs there were as my roommate has bad knees. But otherwise it looks great and we’re very excited to make it our home. Everyone in the office has been so nice and helpful

I was pleased with my initial impression upon moving into the apartment. It was very clean. However I am seeing little roaches despite maintenance having come and sprayed the room multiple times. It is frustrating as they are in the bathroom, and I have also found some in the fridge. The community is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. I am quite pleases with the general location of the apartments as it is very close to many amenities for shopping, etc.

All staff llike Adino, Charles and Jenifer are very supportive. The area is very neat and clean. Whenever I visited there to get any support, they helped me.

Could be so much better with the prices they charge. They charge too much rent for what the people in the community have to go through on a daily to weekly basis.

Very quite and civilized, just the way I like it. The area is clean, busy. Richmond Highway is a very busy corridor and plenty of shopping and things to do.

Overall a pretty good place to live, sometimes the upstairs neighbors can be a little heavy on the feet ,but its a safe place for my family's and friends

The experience been ok so far. The front door of my apartment complex is broken. Having neighbors who has pet who don't pick up after them is annoying. It's been nice having food trucks come out.

MVS is a nice and okay place if it’s temporary. The only issue I face is that gym operates on the leasing office hours, I work the same hours and would need to get a early morning work or late evening but gym would be closed

Nice place to live for first apartment the office staff are really understanding and help with all needs the amenities are a plus there is a park and pool as gym within the complex

The neighborhood is very nice, no pest problems and very spacious units. More than enough parking space, although at times the neighbors can be a little noisy
