About Mosaic on Mission

Located within a quarter-mile of an existing BART Station in a newly developing East Bay area, Mosaic on Mission is a fully affordable development delivering affordable family housing. The five-story, affordable apartment community supports a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, with ground floor retail space and a 2,600-square-foot daycare center with its own exterior play area. Vehicular access is provided around the perimeter of the building with tuck-under parking along three sides at the ground floor. The U-shaped building is designed around a courtyard, creating an outdoor amenity solely for the community residents that also connects to the more public functions along the Mission Boulevard frontage. In addition to the courtyard’s play area, residents can walk down the block to a new park being constructed as a part of the City’s new development project. Qualifying: Minimum income of 2.5 x the rent is required, in addition to a screening bureau report of Accept or Accept with Conditions. Maximum Household Incomes (subject to change) will be provided upon request, and are required to comply with the affordable regulatory agreements.
