Hidden Gem
I've been with Morcom for over 6 years now and am sad to be saying goodbye. It's a great place to live at very reasonable pricing. Be mindful, it does not come with a lot of frills, but that's reflected in its affordability. The neighborhood is nice, safe, convenient to downtown, convenient to local bars and restaurants, and offers great access to public transportation if needed. I used it to travel downtown daily for work to avoid paying $20 a day for parking. And the management team is very discerning when it comes to the types of residents it selects for tenants. Overall, I recommend it.
