VISITING OUR COMMUNITY: Our community is open, and we can’t wait to show you your new apartment home! Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) and in compliance with suggested CDC health and safety guidelines our offices are not open to walk-in traffic; doors will be locked. This allows us to participate in social distancing and control the number of persons in our office at any given time. Our offices are staffed and email and phone communication is welcomed. In person contact is allowed by appointment only; please call or email us to schedule an appointment. Our apartments are affordable and beautifully located in Norwalk CT. They feature many property amenities such as playgrounds, shopping district, 24hr emergency maintenance and much more. CALL US TODAY to make it your new home! Monterey Village is an income restricted community. The rental amount is determined based on income. Contact our on-site management team to get more information or set up a visit to your new home!
