Property Ratings at Monroe Gates Apartments
This is a brand new building but as everything it has its pros and cons. I really wish there weren’t as many issues that I’ve experienced in the few months I’ve been here such as plumbing, a/c and loud neighbors, couldn’t get in building with key fob as the system was down for whatever reason and. Wasn’t notified...by the office but a neighbor who let me in...very limited parking (tight spaces), point is...expensive property that have a lot of kinks to smooth out
Love my apartment and services granted by my leasing specialists Ms. Jodi, never had an issue that wasn’t rectified in less than 24hours. Very satisfied
