Monaco on the Trail is a boutique style community consisting of 192 units ranging from studios to expansive two bedrooms. We feature incredible views from all of our units whether an urban landscape or beautiful lush views of the Katy Trail are more your style. We are in a prime location of Uptown. Monaco on the Trail features a well-outfitted amenity deck on the second floor including an infinity edge pool, gym with weekly circuit training classes, community room with coffee, osmosis water and sonic ice machines as well as direct access to the Katy Trail and bike storage with direct trail access. Many of the prime restaurants, nightlife and bars are within walking distance of the community. With our proximity to the Katy Trail, we have an abundance of parks nearby as well. Well situated between all three major highways, Monaco on the Trail provides a quick route to the north via I-35, 75 or the Dallas North Tollway.

Property Ratings at Monaco
I have lived in this building for 4 years. Don't let the location fool you. This building is full of perpetual problems and is very poorly built. Elevator has been down for weeks. Key fob system down for weeks. Water heater out every month or two. Management company has so much turnover so they are never helpful. Only positive are the two maintenance guys who have been at the property for awhile. Units are out dated original to 2012 and the rent only ever going up. Luckily there are many better options within 1 mile.

Elevator has been broken for days with no explanation from management other than "need new parts." Any time we have a maintenance request they do the bare minimum in helping fix it. When our washing machine broke they "replaced it" by giving us another broken washing machine (this happened several times within a few weeks).

Apartment broken into. Was targetted! Took AGGIE ring, all other jewelry, LV handbag and laptop! Dn NOT rent here because it is not secure.
Daughter's apartment broken into yesterday. All jewelry, LV handbag and laptop taken. Management appears to have had knowledge of other break ins and didn't inform tenants!!!! Very much a false sense of security.
