So far so good! I love the amenities and the staff is very friendly. The location is also convenient and feels secure. The only thing I’ll note is our upstairs neighbors stomp vivaciously 24/7 but besides that it’s great.

Everything works properly, the employees are very friendly and welcoming, there are also no problems with parcel delivery We have been living here for almost half a year and so far everyone is satisfied, we receive emails about all events, but sometimes on holidays or parades it is not clear how to get home by car, because the road to the house is blocked from all sides

I have been at the Modera in Hollywood since December of 2022. It has succeeded in going above and beyond my expectations. My number one priority is safety. There has never been a single incident where I have felt unsafe. Whether it's in my apartment, the parking garage, elevator, neighborhood, or any of the amentities, I feel 100% safe and secure. The leasing office staff is incredible! They have ALWAYS been available for any questions that I have had. The Modera has a sense of community, if you want that, where they sponsor Superbowl events, movie nights, get togethers, and more. The kareoke room is to die for. Any maintenance concerns are addressed immediately with a GREAT staff that keeps the Modera very, very, very clean. I've never seen an ant, roach, spider, or any other critter; not once. If you want an affordable living space that meets all of your needs, come to the iconic Modera.

Luxury apartment & staff!

Modera is a high-end, high-tech apartment complex right in the heart of Hollywood. It is not far from prime locations and has luxury staff as well! Outstanding staff and amazing facilities

I have been a very satisfied resident of this community for almost 2 years now. The building is newly constructed and I love the facilities. But, the best part about Modera Hollywood is the staff! They are of highest quality and professionalism. Karim is one of the kindest and most helpful agents I've come across. He has been an exceptional problem solver and has great communication skills. Whenever Ive had an issue he has provided outstanding service. He is always helpful and hard working! And, you can really rely on the staff here in tough times. They show up for you!

New Building & Great Staff

Building is newly constructed which is very important to me. In addition to the standard amenities (in unit washer / dryer, backsplash, wood style flooring, etc.), the units have other amenities that other properties likely don't. For example, under cabinet lighting, canned lighting in the kitchen and living room, all of which can be dimmed using the switch itself or your phone. High ceilings are great, windows are large and the transom windows allow even more light in. These may seem like small amenities, but they really contribute to the feeling of the units. I don't hear my neighbors (oftentimes this has to do with who your neighbors are), but always a plus. Rachael is one of the best leasing agents I have worked with. She is kind, helpful, inviting, hard working, and a good listener (all of which are rare these days). It's clear she cares about her job and us as residents. She is definitely NOT just going through the motions, you can tell she really cares. If you have the opportunity to work with Rachael I would highly recommend.

Nice building and staff, not great area

I’m mostly satisfied with the apartment building and the unit itself. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the building feels high end. I love the smart home features and the finishes in the unit. I do wish there was more storage inside the unit and it was more soundproofed to the outside and upstairs neighbors. They do offer monthly storage which is nice since there’s no real storage closet in the apartment. I also wish the area around the building outside was cleaner and the walk between buildings and amenities was safer. Safety is hugely important to me and has been an issue for me in past living situations, so I do feel afraid to use the amenities having to walk a block on a sketchy street unfortunately.

constant crime!

I lived here for a year and can’t get out soon enough. Since January of 22 alone there have been two shootings in the building, yes, IN. A SWAT team out front to apprehend a murder suspect, and a break in. But they have no problem upping rent then full 10%, and additionally upping parking from $10 to $75 and the Amazon locker fee from $7 to $20. Stay away from this hell hole.

Amazing apartment

This is truly a gem in the Hollywood area. I don't usually leave reviews but on top of this apartment complex having amazing amenities, Stephanie has also been a very great with us. We have had a few hurdles we needed to jump over and she always puts the tenants first.

Excellent facilities and complete professionalism

I visited several properties all over LA, from Santa Monica to Hollywood. Modera Hollywood has the biggest bang for the buck - it has a ridiculous amount of amenities, it's clean (brand new), and in a great location. However, what sold me what Derek. He was by far the most professional leasing consultant that I've dealt with during my search and instantly made me feel comfortable. Can't say enough good things about Derek, the staff, and the property.
