The building staff is excellent. The apartments have "new build" issues, not something you can blame the staff for, and they are quick to address everything once it's brought to their attention. There is more noise bleed than I would have liked, especially for being a newer building. Overall, not bad, love the staff, barely see other residents, and the in-unit washer and dryer are wonderful benefits to have
This community is great. I love the events they host almost every month and everyone is welcoming. The Denver noise is unavoidable but let me tell you, the soundproofing when the windows and doors are closed is amazing. There are good amenities and a responsive staff all around. ??????????
I have greatly enjoyed my time living here. The apartment complex is nice, fun, clean, and relaxing apartment complex. Any issues are addressed and handled with care and urgency.

Absolutely love living at Modera Golden Triangle in Denver! The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access amazing restaurants, parks, and cultural attractions. The apartment itself is very nice and modern. Everything is in working order, the kitchen has lots of storage, the island is huge, and the open living room is cozy. The bathrooms are beautiful and the closets are huge! There are a few things that we did not notice before moving in that should be improved. The lighting is not appropriate and the place feels dark. More intense, white/blue light, would be much better. The closet shelves are not spaced out properly, therefore, hanging shirts rest on the bottom shelf. Last complaint, the paint and floors have multiple stains that weren't removed before our move in. With that being said I'm still very happy with the apartment itself and the building. One of the most important things that I look for in a community is the people that live next to you, this has been the most positive thing about living here, every single one of my neighbors has just been great, not sure if it’s the area or what the building is doing but I have no complaints. Aside from that, the amenities are great, love to spend time at the pool, and the staff have really made an effort to tend to our requests and maintain the common areas. The apartments are very spatious and comfy, and the complex is close to everything I could need.

So far we have really enjoyed living at Moderna Golden Triangle. There have been a few issues with being a new building but the staff is very friendly and maintenance tries to take care of them as quick as possible. The building is very clean and kept up well.
My overall experience has been pretty good aside from growing pains the staff experienced during the majority of my first year. The staff has always been really friendly and eager to help to the best of their ability. The amenities are really nice and we have some great views of the mountains and the city. I think the area is up and coming with some good options for food and things to do near by and more that have popped up in the year that I've been and still more to come. I feel pretty safe as a woman living in this area as well. I just renewed my lease and I am looking forward to seeing the community and the area grow in the next year!
Great location and superb floor plans. Helpful staff assists with all the minor bugs found in any new building. Covered and secure parking is a great feature.

I was nervous about moving into an apartment after being in a house for a few years but Modera has been awesome. There are a few snags here and there related to it being a new building but they've been pretty responsive to each request. The amenities are great - would love if the gym had a little more equipment. Amazing location, close to a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc... and a very pet-friendly community!

Modera has exceeded my expectations. The apartment and property itself is stunning and one of the BEST designed properties I’ve ever lived at. Management is very responsive and areas are kept clean. Gas fire pits have not worked in some common areas for some time now however, and coffee machine can run out of coffee as well as wine machine having had a sign coming soon for quite some time.

Great move-in experience. Taylor made it easy to coordinate the loading dock, freight elevator, and everything else. It’s been great living at Modera Golden Triangle so far.
Excellent staff, they go above and beyond. The building itself is very clean. The amenities are nice, even the pool is heated! The unit itself is well designed and nice.
Awesome experience so far! Looking forward to becoming a part of the community soon. Taylor in leasing was an amazing tour guide and made the process easy to understand.

We stumbled on Modera Golden Triangle simply by walking by. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Angie who is such a charismatic and kind person. We spent at least 30 minutes just chatting. It was comfortable and welcoming conversation; without even seeing the apartments we were already sold. It was still under construction with only floors 1-3 complete and Angie made sure to make our viewing experience useful and worthwhile. This place is absolutely gorgeous; from the kitchen finishings, the large windows, the layout to the beautiful amenities. We officially move in October 1 and we could not be more excited. This experience has already been the best of all the moves I have previously done.

Touring this place was fantastic, the rooms were just what we were looking for. Very excited to use the gym once we move in about a week. The materials used throughout the building were very nice and seemed of higher quality than that of competitors. Wish I could've seen more shots of the pool and other sky lounge before moving in, excited to see those in person soon
