The apartment is clean, would be great if we had additional amenities like a pool table and more fun activities to socialize. The EV chargers not working are the most inconvenient.

Moving in was smooth and the leasing office was helpful in all steps. We have a short timeline and complicated circumstances but they helped make it work for us.
The building has done a great job when it comes to any maintenance issues, they respond very quickly. They are also extremely professional!!
Love living here — you can’t beat the location! My unit is quiet and super excited for Tatte to open downstairs! Great gym, easy parking, walkable to many different things.

Aside from a few growing pains with a new building (occasional fire alarm testing, a cpl power outages) living at Modera has been incredible. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the amenities are great. It is a quiet building, although mostly rented, I rarely hear my neighbors. It is clean and well maintained, there is a high level of communication from the office to the residents and maintenance is very quick to respond. I highly recommend.
The application/move in process was a little rocky. There seemed to be some miscommunication between me and the leasing office several times - but all in all, this is an impressive team and even more impressive building. I appreciate everyone's help to get me my move in date ASAP, and look forward to being more integrated into the Modera Community.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the full move in process. The community has great amenities including the pool and gym.

I love it! Everything is very clean and feels luxurious. All the leasing agents are nice and friendly and the process to apply was super smooth.
It has been amazing. The moving experience was easy and went smoothly. The apartment was clean and updated. The lobby and hanging out places are incredible and i love to study or do some work there.
Staff was extremely friendly and provided a smooth transition from the tour to the time I moved in. I will 100% recommend staying here, and will recommend any Mill Creek apartment building in the future.
Very nice building. The amenities are not as extensive as the modera founders row across the street; however, the rent is about the same. But the design of the apartments are nice. The leasing office is very nice too.
Shai and all of the staff at Modera Falls Church have been so incredibly helpful while touring the property, during the application process, and throughout the move.
Overall it's been great but I didn't like it that when I was treated very poorly by the staff when unfortunately I used the reserved elevator to move in for an extra 10-15mins, It wasn't even that long...but I understand someone else reserved it and it was their turn. Anyways I believe the poor treatment was unnecessary... Also there have been power losses in my unit and my floor... it is fixed now but at that time it was frustrating not having power in my unit for around 30min every other day. But apart from that I do enjoy this building and area.

I love the area with many things in walking distance, apartment has lots of built in storage, food deliveries can not be brought to door due to key being needed on elevator, noise can be a bit much with the construction and walls/windows do not block noise well. elevator takes forever at times, our elevator reservation time was cut short an hour upon moving in

Overall good experience, comfortable and nice place. Some issues here and there but not terrible. I'm sure there will be improvements after everything finishes

So far so good, looking forward to enjoy bbq are with friends in the summer time and meet the comunity. Also gym and pool should be fun there is yet a lot to discover at Modera Falls church

Love the brand new building, apartments are well thought out double sinks & built in desks, slow close cabinets no carpet nice closets. staff is super nice, cool amenities. Still under some construction but can’t wait.
