I’ve been having issues with my AC vent and it’s been very frustrating. I put in an order and Larry and Donny from maintenance came and fixed the problem. They were very friendly, very efficient and did a great job. I’m thankful to live in a building where customer service is their number one priority.

I love my privacy, but at the same time I feel that my neighbors are friendly enough to be around, and ask them for help if I need to. The leasing office people are awesome, I have asked them for help so many times, and they are so nice, and sweet every time, they are like family to me now, and for that I am so grateful since my real family is going thru serious health problems, and unable to spend more time helping me understand the scary technical world. Everyone is friendly and the maintenance staff is incredibly kind and responsive. The pool area is where I’ve made the most friends, especially on the weekends, and I love it. Feels comfortable here
Everything has been good so far. Andrew was very helpful with the move in process. And maintenance was super helpful with my request. The building is quiet super clean and the amenities are amazing.

Great place, with pleasant staff, and outstanding security. The place is incredibly clean and well taken care of. The quietness of the apartment is the most important thing as well. They are extremely insulated. The building is a close proximity to everything you need within walking distance. Looking forward to Bristol Farms.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my new apartment. The unit is in great condition, and the building is well-maintained and secure. The management team has also been responsive and helpful throughout the move-in process, which made things a lot easier. The only downside was that the apartment wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before I moved in. I expected a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially since it was supposed to be ready for a new tenant. However, aside from that, everything else has been excellent so far. I’m happy with my decision to move in

I have not moved in as of yet but so far, my experience with the leasing team has been exceptional. The team took their time and they showed me many units. Some of which I was not even inquiring about. However, I leased a unit that I did not anticipate and is going to serve my needs better than I had thought.

So far I really love the rooftop and enjoy the conference rooms with the private offices as well as the lounge on the first floor. My dog is adjusting well too and having a space on the inner side of the building has been quiet and nice

Move in went flawlessly and we even had packages delivered to our apartment and placed inside prior to our move-in date. Maintenance has been very quick to respond albeit requests have been minimal. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne on the day we moved in, too! Very thoughtful and professional staff.
