I have been living at Mission Pointe by Windsor since October 2024, and it has been absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for walking around. I love that there's a park right across the street and Grocery Outlet just down the road—so convenient! The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. Everyone here is so polite, and the management team does an outstanding job. We've had the best experience living here, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making this community such a great place to live. Thank you!

Great property with lots of open space and great amenities. The maintenance team responded to my service request very quickly and resolved it within the same day.
Maintenance is quick. Maintenance person is very friendly and nice. Helps solve the issue fast and diligently. Also, follows up if needed to make sure it's working fine. Thank You.
The landscaping around the property has really degraded. I personally do not like seeing so much bare soil devoid of plants.

My experience has not been the greatest. The most recent request was for a garbage disposal switch that was not working and a bathroom towel rack that was broken. The disposal was fixed, however, the towel rack was simply put back, without being screwed in. I submitted another request for this, but did not have anyone go out. I ended up having a friend fix it, which I should not have had to.

The quality of the furnishings is sub par especially considering the rent rates. There are ants invasions every 4-5 days. Water bill seems to indicate leakage that is not properly addressed. The pool is never the advertised temperature, and the gym is out of sanitizing wipes multiple times a week.

MP by Windsor is overall a good place to live. Location is great, quick access to 237 and 101. The grills are just a hit and miss if they work.
The units have old appliances, overall the common amenities are not well kept - corridors are always dirty with leaves and/or puddles of water all around, pools are too dirty and you can clearly see the algae growing in it, squash court is not maintained, too many ants in the apartment.
Mission pointe maintenance is always on top of any requests . There is always quick turn around and support provided almost immediately. Never a hassle getting a request submitted or an issue interfacing with the appropriate points of contact.
Mission Point community is a great safe and lovely environment to live. The Addministration and maintenance teams are very responsive and supportive anytime any help requires. Thank you to make our community livable and peaceful!!
We don't mind the loudness of the community but we do wish peace and quiet here and there. There's always bug problems no matter what you do. Specially ants it's horrible.
This place is pretty peaceful and quiet. For the price and location close to many tech companies, it's a great location. However, when I first moved in, there were cockroaches, but the management sent a person in and within a month or two, it was gone. It's still not the greatest experience though. Additionally, the parking is very cramped, and I feel like if you park here, your car will be dinged. The shower facilities are also very old and need updating, and there's no air conditioning here.
A Quiet community, but a bit old. There's also been a cockroach infestation in my apartment, but the community managers do try their best to deal with it.

The maintenance staff is really helpful. They fixed 3 separate issues at my apartment all within a day.
We have lived here for 25 years. It is close to shopping, easy access to hiways, nice quiet and safe place, near a park, excellent management and more!
I’ve had two major appliances replaced in the one year I’ve been living here. Both time I received new appliances the next day. Wit permission my appliances we installed while I was away from home. Worked out perfect. Excellent service from the maintenance department here.
Friendly community, a lot of walking paths and lots of shade. Park right across perfect for families with young ones and grocery store down the street.
We have been staying in Mission Pointe for over 6 years now and love the community with all the features and amenities. The staff is helpful and any questions are quickly resolved by the team. Any maintenance requests are taken care by Ray immediately, who is very courteous and prompt. We love staying here at Mission Pointe!
This is our 4th year at Mission Pointe and it feels like home. Great amenities, great location and very peaceful neighborhood.
Mission Pointe is a very nice community. This is our 25th year here in Mission Pointe. It is convenient to route 101, and 237. Shopping is close by, i spite of all the conveniences it is quiet place near by is a park. Grounds are always well maintained.
It appeared that no one inspected this unit before I moved it. There were a number of things wrong/ dirty. It was disappointing. The leasing staff was helpful during the signing of the lease, however I felt like the attitudes of the staff changed after the fact. I felt as though me asking them questions was a burden to them. I have resorted to the maintenance staff Ana who has been very helpful with my concerns and has worked to fix the problems in this unit,
My husband and I moved from Brazil to US because of the work and we love living here, it is quiet and calm, neighborhood is pretty, easy to walk with our dog. We like going to the gym and playing tennis without leaving the community!
The apartment was not properly cleaned and was not fit to move in
I like that once a work order is submitted you get a work order pending notification then normally within 24 hours completed..
The place is quiet and price is good. It’s walking distance to my work. And the maintenance respond really quick for your request.
We're very comfortable at Mission Pointe. We feel safe and it is a nice community. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. We like living here.

The experience offered by 'luxury' apartments is pathetic. Firstly, there's no way to way which renovation level (storage space, appliances, flooring etc) the apartment before move-in. Post move-in, I noticed multiple areas with filth & dirt.
Mission Pointe is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with a park across the street. My apartment is small, but comfortable. The maintenance team and the management are very renter-friendly. There is no airconditioning. The storage unit off of my balcony is a huge bonus.

Very nice community. Close to the freeway to get out of the city. Maintenance team is really efficient. I especially appreciate the storage room in the patio.
It's just a house and it will have some problems with time. I've been a resident for almost 1 year and there has been some problem here and there but the staff is very friendly and responsive. They fix the issue pretty-much immediately in a day or two.
We have lived at Mission point for 24 years. We have enjoyed living here. It is close to shopping, medical facilities, and every thing. It has nice open areas to walk around. Maintenance has been great.
Very Disappointed, My family went to see a 2bd/2ba on Friday, Oct 29, 2021. The Office Closed at 6pm and we got there at 5:25pm. The Lazy leasing agent looked at her computer and told us they stop allowing tours at 5:30pm. I asked what time it was and she said 5:26pm. I said ok, then we are here before 5:30pm. She told us it takes about 1 hour to allow someone to tour the apartments. I asked to speak to a manager, the lady at the other desk said she was the manager, but basically told us the same thing. We decided not to consider giving our money to your organization if that is how LAZY your staff is.
Staff was great! There was a quick initial response to check out the leaky sink. However, the initial check up Maintenance didnt come to actually fix it until 4 days after. I had to call in again and put another request.
Always professional staff. They make sure to acknowledge you if they are taking care of someone else and you have to wait for your turn. That is very professional.
I feel like the apartment is worth the cost. Sometimes there is noise from outdoors in morning time that annoys me, but rest everything is perfect.
I love this apartment. In general Windsor communities seem well maintained.
