Property Ratings at Mission Eagle Pointe
The lunatics are running the asylum. Nobody obeys rules about parking, so you may have to park 2 building over from your apartment. They have "Valet Trash" which means that people put their trash out in bags near their door, so there is trash out all the time, and dog poop all over the park area because they never fine rulebreakers
The maintenance here is phenomenal. I almost always get my requests fixed immediately.
The manager Melissa is very DISRESPECTFUL to us all the time. We also received emails accusing us FALSLY that our neighbors complained about our loud noises at 3:30 am and we're NEVER awake at that time, so their accusing us of something so awful that we never did!! We always find bugs everywhere, the stairs are dirty and they never get cleaned, when we first moved we complained about finding bugs in bed and the office recommended that we move out instead of them fixing the problem!!! Kimberly is amazing and polite but the rest are not!
Overall, the people in the office seem friendly and genuinely want to help you get the problem fixed quickly or help you with a big delivery.

Many pof the other apartments in the area offer special rates and promotions and you don't. and most of all your prices increase everytime the least are renewed.And i was forced to pay higher rent my last month because you no longer offer leases longer than 12 months.
The attention and responsesivness was demonstrated by every member of the staff with whom I had contact during this incident. That?s impressive!
Staff beginning with Mrs Melissa, Ms Tammy all are the best. They are very personable courteous and never to busy to listen, or let you cry to them about your personal heartache or pains. Mrs Melissa has one of the greatest open door policy to residents I have never seen before till I came her. She has a big heart for people and Ms Tammy follows right in her foot steps. I love the staff here.

I would not recommend this apartment community because the gate just got fixed after months of being broke. There is trash in the front of my building now from ppl leaving it and near the garbage disposals. Also, animal waste outside my building in the grass. However, you have some nice community amenities and there schools around here are very good.
Valet trash for $30 is ridiculous! The apartments should be upgraded for the pricing or made a whole lot cheaper. Create better amenities and increase parking for visitors.
I would certainly recommend such an apartment community because it appears what I like which are: very clean, quiet, gym area, and appears to be a safe place to brings my kids up.
Overall, our experience was very positive. We felt safe. We had problems with finding parking, though. There were a lot of extra cars parked and while we didn't have an assigned space, we parked in the same space for a year and a half and then someone else came and started parting in our places. It was always frustrating.
Pool bthrm with the waterfall has had a strong raw sewer smell that has not been resolved the entire 4 yrs I have lived here. I was told it would cost $5k to fix but it's apparently not a priority as it has never been fixed. The trash dumpsters areas are always a mess and look terrible. The stairwells and entry ways are dirty and not regularly washed. Finally, the security gates are a joke and are never working....and I do mean never.
The application process online was confusing and not the easiest to use. I also reached out to a current resident who said the gate has never worked and she's sure there's a drug dealer in one of the buildings.
Its a nice place to live, and its quiet for the most part. as for recommending it to people. i would have to say its not quite worth the cost. property owners are really gouging here.
This community complex have residents from 21 to 85 with no complaints. But, I'm sure you can't please them all.

My neighbors are pleasant. My kids have made friends with the kids in the apartment building. This is a great community. One problem! some dog owners are not cleaning up behind there pets

It quite, neighbors are great. The trash valet should be out. Why can't people take there own trash to the bins. The service is not up to par. The parking sucks.
