I have only lived here for 3 months, but the staff has been super friendly and helpful. I just summited my first maintenance request and it was completed the same day. I feel super safe in this building and have enjoyed living here so far!

Mission Bay by Windsor has is a really nice small Community. The management team there is awesome, theyre very responsive, informative and clear (which is something that was missing at our last apartment). Stephanie has been great and has done a great job with checking to see how are move-in went.

I've been a resident here at MBBW for almost 3 years now and have lived in 2 different APT units here so far, and absolutely loving it here! I'm usually quiet around the building, so I was very surprised when Justin recognized my name! Justin helped me sign my first lease almost ~3 years ago and he remembered that as well! Would 1000% recommend anyone to move to MBBW when moving to San Francisco. 5-star living experience here and the locker system with packages (parcel) is truly the best. I'll be here for awhile until if work/life leads me to move outside the city.

My wife and I love living at Windsor. The team really cares about the people that live here. They get to know all of the residents and know us by our names, not just apartment numbers. The building is very clean, always smells good and has good location to walk to grocery stores. The apartment is new and has lots of room f or my granddaughter to play. I have no complaints. This building is the best I have lived in and the best part is the friendly staff. Ask for Corina if you need any help with anything. She really is the best.

It is a very comfortable place to live, I really recommend it. If you want to live very quietly it is a place where you can feel the security for the family and also enjoy the area of the parks for the children. It is really recommended .. thanks mission Bay by windsor

Living in Mission Bay by Windsor has great! Everything from the application/approval process to getting maintainence requests resolved has been really easy and smooth. The apartment units are really nice and although the building doesnt have many amenities, the nicer apartments make up for it. Corina and the management team are always very helpful! The location is convenient being near the caltrain and the muni.
