When I first moved in it was so nice and comfortable. So much so, that only a few months after moving in, I transferred to a larger unit. No I regret this and am unhappy that transferring started another 1 year lease instead of honoring the original lease timeline. I am considering not renewing as the community feel and appearance is starting to change.

Michael is amazing. My husband came to view the community and fell in love . With the community being well kept and the amazing warm welcome from Michael makes me want to live here with out a doubt. I called today and Michael returned my call within 10 minutes! Wow! You do not see customer service like this any more. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking!

I have enjoyed my time at Mirella because it is a very safe, clean, and efficient community. The staff has been extremely helpful throughout the process of setting up a tour, signing the lease, and moving in. I love being able to walk right out of my back door and access the trail surrounding the beautiful community lake. There is a lot of opportunities to meet neighbors and other community members through all their community events.

The staff here is very professional and helpful. The area is very nice. Mirella is well designed with a beautiful lake and walking trail. Our home, the Cedar is absolutely lovely! We can’t wait to have our friends come to visit us so we can show them our beautiful home and this great community!

The small community lets you get to know your neighbors with events hosted by the property. I’m happy with the excellent amenities and most of all, a leasing manager and officer that really care about you. I love that I can live in a free standing house, as opposed to an apartment. This community really feels like home and I’m so glad I found Mirella!
