The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Minnie Flats
I have lived in Seattle 6 and a half years and this has been my favorite place. There is a common area up on the rooftop with a great view of the waterfront and Space Needle. The location is very close to 2 bus stops that get you downtown toward Westlake Center and Pioneer Square, Capitol Hill, and Ballard. Sennett was awesome to work with. Do keep in mind there is no garage, so your options will be street parking or using one of the parking websites that work with the surrounding apartment complexes. All of my appliances work just fine. Each floor has a washer and dryer for $2 each. I would have renewed my lease if I continued to live in the state.
