It’s a great building, very clean and organized. Amenities are great also the pool and social areas are nice. In another hand, parking is big enough for all residents
So far everything is going well. The staff has been kind and everything has worked. The only thing I dislike is some odor to Cannabis (Marihuana) at the hall.

Staff was very helpful with move in process, great location and cost for the area. Would highly recommend based on price, amenities, and location.
This is a lovely apartment! I love the movie theatre room. The complex is quiet and clean and if full of friendly people and staff. We are doing a halloween door decorating contest with cash prizes which is super fun and festive!
Love it here! I feel so at home! Great amenities! There is so much in every room! The bathroom is my favorite- it's huge! The apartment stays cold. All the leasing agents are super nice and helpful!

New place is very clean. The tub is a great size and the kitchen appliances are updated. I love the pool. It is very large and the features around the pool are great. The dog park is very large, a great size for a dog to run around in. Also, the gym has a ton of equipment for you to use. Plus I love the movie theater feature.

We have liked living here so far. Maintenance has been wonderful overall. Staff is generally friendly and responsive - occasionally lacking knowledge which can be frustrating to wait for management to respond.
I’ve had such a great experience living at the Millennium. The staff really care and are always helpful, and the maintenance team is seriously awesome—they fix things fast and are super friendly. The community feels safe, clean, and welcoming, and it honestly was a great choice to move here!

Pretty quiet and respectful community. Appliances are good. The pool is by far the best amenity as it's a large pool with good chairs and good sunlight. Maintenance has always been quick to fix anything.

I've lived at the Millennium for a year now and I love it here! The Millennium complex is always growing and improving, and the staff and maintenance team are always on top of their game. The complex is very well maintained (both the apartments and the common spaces).

Love the staff at the leasing office. They walked through everything with me day one of move in and made it as convenient as possible. I also appreciate the kind move in letter and gift waiting in my unit!
This is such a great location! Everyone at the front desk is so helpful. Probably some of the maintenance teams I’ve ever seen they get back to you ASAP. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is how thin the floors are. I constantly hear my upstairs neighbors walking. Overall a good experience!
The community is friendly and well kept. I like the area, many nearby stores, etc. we have renewed our lease a few times now and are happy with the choice.

The Millennium is a great place to live. The amenities are wonderfully maintained and whenever there has been an inconvenience, the maintenance staff or office staff have been quick to make it right.
So far so good. Move in was smooth. Apartment is in great condition. Lillie has been very helpful with all my questions. I would only recommend confirming with the leasing office if the room you are trying to rent is fully upgraded because there were minor differences between the one I was shown and the one I am currently in.
The apartment was very clean prior to moving in. It appeared as though it was freshly painted. The landscaping around the apartments is quite beautiful.
just moved in this weekend i love the area its very quite but also a lot of young people my age the mall is right next to my apt i can walk over whenever i want so far so good!
Going on a year living at Millennium, still have only good things to say! They have super cool monthly events and food trucks you can’t miss!
Love the location. Would like to see management invest more to improve our apartments (such as pressure washing patios/balcony's) and provide tech bundles, versus charging high "amenity" fees for amenities that not all of us even use OR that should already be part of our rent (ie pool and gym). Fees have gotten out of control.
This is a great location in the heart of Westshore. Although I work in St Pete it is an easy a quick commute due to the access to I275. I would recommend checking out if you want an urban area near a good nightlife and plenty of restaurants.

My experience at the Millenniumnis still as pleasant as ever. Recently, I've really enjoyed the kitchen island and big counter space as I cook a lot. There is also a lot of storage in the apartment. All my friends coming over are always pleasantly surprised by the size of the master's bathroom.

Arbitrary fees. Nickle and diming you for everything including separate fees for the amenities. Look somewhere else.
Management and maintenance staff are great and responsive. Pool, grill, gym and lounge are very well maintained. My floor and stair access ?? of the time smells like dog pee. I think staff and maintenance attempt their best to manage this but ultimately it’s horrible tenants that allow their pets to constantly do this. I dread walking out the door or down the stairs. I even use a different stair access now to avoid this.

We love the staff here! They are super friendly and always are planning fun stuff the for the community and trying to outreach! The common areas are always up-kept and clean. We haven’t had any issues with anything!

Easy application and move-in process. Clean living space. Maintenance requests promptly met. There is an $85 monthly charge for amenities, which besides valet trash, I'm not sure what it goes to. And walls / ceilings can be thin, i.e. you can hear neighbors stomping above. I moved from USF area so anything was not going to be difficult to call new apartment an upgrade.

Rate increase seems a bit much this time around given the market for rentals in Tampa. I know a lot of property managers who say they are struggling to rent units. For those of us who have been long-term renters in the building it seems a bit much. Now an $85 monthly fee on top of pet fees, rent and storage fees to cover Yoga and movie theater, pest control, grounds and trash? We already have to pay to use the statement system, that makes issuing statements a convenience to the property but we have to foot the bill.

Excellent move in process. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and in great condition, much better than previous experiences I’ve had with other companies.

Best value luxury apartment for 3 bedroom! Love the amenities and they are always making improvements. Just added new equipment to the gym & made theater tech easier to use. Floors are thin, so if you’re bothered by noise easily, live on the top floor. Bedrooms and closets are huge! Maintenance responds in less than 24 hrs every time. We’ll be renewing :)

I have been living at the Millennium Westshore for 6 months and I can not recommend enough this complex. The management team takes great care constantly updating the complex frequently. The common parts are always clean and smell good. I'm 100% satisfied with the apartment and the maintenance.
Everything with move-in has gone smoothly and it is so nice and quiet here! Front office are helpful and I am so thankful for an active community to live in.
