Conroe is located in Montgomery County just north of Houston. Since Interstate 45 travels through Conroe and leads into Houston’s business district, residents prefer living in this suburban neighborhood and commuting to work.
It’s no secret that the cost of living in Conroe is lower than Houston. The city is attractive to many renters because of the reasonable commute times, and it’s only a seven-mile drive to Lake Conroe, a popular outdoor recreational area.
There’s a lot going on in the city – you just have to know where to look. After a lovely dinner at Red Brick Tavern, locals look forward to a musical at the Crighton Theatre on North Main Street. The Heritage Museum of Montgomery County is a great place to go and learn about the city’s evolution through the decades – and it is right next to Candy Cane Park.

I love it here!!
If you are searching for an apartment, I highly recommend Mille Miglia. The whole staff is very friendly, they are quick to fix maintenance issues, even the overnight maintenance team is wonderful and quick to address issues. The complex is always clean and well kept up with, it doesn’t look cheap, and it doesn’t look ugly. The staff is careful with your belongings when they go into your apartment, if they move something, they put it back exactly how they found it. They are prompt on returning phone calls and answering questions you may have. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, but just take my word for it. This is the place to go, I promise! I’ll be sad on my move out day, this is the best place I ever lived.

Not what i expected
the walls are VERYT THIN!! NEIGHBORS DO NOT HAVE ANY COURTESY WHATSOEVER!! once you contact the office about any issue as far as something wrong in the house , loud neighbors , THEFT, or bugs they DO NOT. Respond immediately they put everything on hold unless it’s a mandatory emergency… pricing goes up by the day.. the more people who move in the higher you have to pay !

Dear Mille miglia apartments, I recently had the pleasure of viewing one of your apartments with Monica. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful experience. Monica was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions with ease. They were also very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great Staff!!! Love the property
I've driven by these apts. a few times, finally decided to stop by we were surprised at how quiet they were especially on the weekend when kids are out of school, and the grounds were super clean, and Ms. Zuri was just awesome she was so welcoming and inviting, she showed us around, explained all the great amenities on the property, and addressed any concerns we had. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Staff are very nice and attentive. Make you feel at home right away. Clean and quiet community. Favorite food and stores just right down the street. Amenities are just icing on the cake.

Great apartments
Our experience so far with Mille Miglia has been amazing. Our 2 bed 1 bath is spacious and homie. Our leasing agent Monica is very helpful and efficient. If we ever need help with anything or have a question she’s always there to help.

Very friendly staff
I went on a tour in search of our family’s new home. Ms. Monica, the lady that gave us the tour, was very friendly and answered all of our questions. She made us feel as if we were already home. I will definitely give her a 5 star review because that is something that I’m looking for, a place that we feel comfortable and welcome.

Terrible
We moved into these apartments thinking it was going to be great, little do we know it was very poorly built. The cocking is horrific, floors are coming up in 1 month, and management is beyond rude and unprofessional. We would do something once and never get a warning for it, instead immediately fined, but come to find out our neighbors have been doing the same thing for 2 weeks and have not been told a single thing. Don’t settle for this apartment complex. You can find better apartments for a lot less.

Amazing
We lived here had nothing but a great experience. The complex is always well kept gym is always clean. Super quiet. Let’s not talk about the staff there amazing. Maintenance always show up the day you call. Plus the apartments are super cute and updated. Maria is amazing she is super nice she help me so much. Thank you, you guys are amazing ??

AMAZING!
Current resident to this amazing, Italian based living. Recently decided that Mille Miglia was the place for me to kick my feet up and call home for the next year or so. Rooms are big! Soaker tub is amazing and the provided washer and dryer.. what else can you ask for? Okay okay.... they do have an up-to-date fitness center, on-site maintenance and cookies and coffee every days! Its been a month so far and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
