I have enjoyed living here at westmount at forest Oaks the past year. Office staff has been awesome. So I highly recommend stopping by and checking your future home out.
My overall experience has been pretty pleasant. There have been times where it wasn’t so much with some residents but otherwise it’s been fine.
This is a pretty calm clean neighborhood the office ladies are always super nice and then the maintenance crew is always on top of things and makes sure everything is working properly

When I first applied to move here they were always answering the phone now it’s always going to virtual assistant. The air keeps going out unless you live on the second or first floors. The dumpsters are always full. The apartments are fairly quiet though.

For the price, you’re getting a good deal. Neighbors tend to fight a bit, appliances can be updated, and kitchen could be bigger. But other than that, management is great, it’s in a great location close to downtown and it’s pretty nice and peaceful for the most part.

Just moved in staff is super nice and fast .apartments are pretty nice inside and community seems nice and quiet and clean the maintenance man is really nice
