Not good. Expectations were not met and expectations were not managed. As a new resident, they are not interested in hearing or managing any of my list of issues. They certainly don’t want to confirm any of them have been addressed. Moving is stressful enough and I don't have it in me to tackle on a hands off management office. It’s too stressful. Having a broken dishwasher with no expectation on when it’s getting delivered is unacceptable. They certainly have no interest in making it right. At least I get a roof over my head, the hiking trail, and views.

I’ve lived at the Mews in Annandale since January 2024 and I have had a wonderful experience. The leasing office Diana and Brandy are always there to help, Scott and Brian in maintenance are absolutely fantastic, I never have to wait for any small issue to be fixed! We love our community! We’ve been living here for almost 2 years now with no plan of moving anytime soon. Management/the leasing office has been consistently helpful whether it be a question we have or taking a suggestion to improve our community. The maintenance staff is very responsive and they take pride in educating and involving the residents when it comes to the not so simple fixes that may come up. We are also grateful to have access to the gym/fitness equipment, community bikes, walking trails, and playgrounds. Add all of this with the events regularly held, the Mews offers an unmatched sense of community that we wouldn’t trade. Anytime there's an issue, it gets resolved immediately. Recently reported a wasp nest right outside our window, Pest Control came in the next day to clear it up. Thank you management and maintenance team!

I like that it is clean, quiet. It is not crowded with cars. I like the greenery in many trees, that it is a hidden complex, I also like that it is accessible for bicycles, but there are few bicycle tracks and that is bad.

I have just resigned my lease for the second year and I love living in this community. My dogs happiness is first and foremost for me and there is so much for my dogs to do, from walking areas, to the dog park, and a stream for them to swim in.

I moved to The Mews at Annandale in 2017 and I just renewed my lease for a seventh year. My 2BR is spacious (1,200 square feet) and it gets a lot of sunlight. Unlike many other apartments and townhomes, I cannot hear my neighbors conversations or TV through the walls. But the best thing about the Mews is the management and maintenance team. Diana and Brandi really go out of their way to work with residents who have special needs, and Scott and Brian are very efficient at fixing anything that breaks or needs attention. Diana organizes a lot of community events, and although I do not generally have time to go, I think is very nice that she does that. Five stars!

For the most part it’s lovely living here. The residents are friendly and I always feel very safe here. Being from a big city, the bugs are a little scary!

I've lived at The Mews for thirteen years and never had a complaint. They manage the place real well. The dogs are cute and some are funny one gets pulled around in a wagon lol. Spoiled little fellow. Neighbors look out for one another and offer help to each other. My grandkids love going to the park here. The office is always friendly and ask if you need anything. The maintenance team are considerate of your privacy and do their best job. I'm very happy living here and don't plan on moving.

Have had no issues with the community. Maintenance when needed is super quick and responsive. Our dog loves the dog ammentities ! Everything is very quiet. Can’t hear anyone next to us and that was very important when looking for a rental

My apartment area outside is well maintained and quiet. In case of bad weather, the maintenance crew make sure that when it snows, the streets and walkways are cleaned, Good Job
