It has been a smooth process moving into Metropointe Apartments. I appreciate the leasing staff for my making move welcoming and safe. Very inclusive and feels like a home.

have loved it here so far, quiet and friendly community! Everyone speaks and I was helped with my groceries the other day, I hope to join one of the next community events .

The apartment was welcoming with small gifts placed in the bathrooms, kitchen counter and fridge. The cleaning was moderate as I saw some dark grout on the floor tiles. There were also some stains which seemed permanent. It would also be ideal to have a window around the kitchen.

We like these apartments. They are well-priced, with excellent location, and well-managed. We've been very pleased with the staff that has worked here for last 2 years. Jacquelyn, Catherine, Aisha, Jeff, etc. Also the maintenance and cleaning personnel has been fabulous, notably the two newer ladies (Rosa and Dinora) from the past 8 months or so have cleaned areas in the parking lot that I don't believe have been cleaned in years. Unfortunately, some residents are a bit rude, not throwing away the garbage properly, or smoking in common areas. Perhaps stricter enforcement of community rules would be appropriate, but we understand it can be difficult for staff to do this as they are so friendly and patient! We wouldn't hesitate recommending Metropointe overall.

The office staff is attentive and caring. The maintenance has always been attentive if at times, perhaps not as readily available, they always try to help as soon as they can. The cleaning ladies are amazing, I feel they clean more than they should, specially considering some very inconsiderate neighbors that throw their trash in wrong places. The amenities are sufficient. The computers in the business center are very slow, and perhaps something needs to be done about that at times. Perhaps it would be great to have wifi there? Idk. Much better look since the newer cleaning ladies came in about a year ago. The halls look much better and the dirt that creepy people make near the parking is much better too.

Management and staff doing a great job. Keeping the inside and outside nice and clean. Appreciate them all. Enjoy our neighborhood gatherings and getting to meet and talk with new and old residents.

To tell you the truth i am not really happy this time because of my appartment flodded I supposed to be switch my apartment but nothing happend.I just waiting because of I am quite it means I didn't forgot or let it go . I used to live here but it's disappointed me nothing else the staffs are OK the maintenance dept.are good that's all.

I enjoy living here. The front desk staff is very helpful, and the area outside the building feels more secure, and I feel safe. I strongly recommend.

Pretty good but please keep improving the maintenance of the building. The door leading to the elevator on the 4th floor has still not been fixed and similarly there is a heater/AC making noise close to the elevator at the 7th floor.

Enjoying my stay here. Great property with amazing employees and maintenance staff. Love that this property doesn’t have any pest or rodent problems.

Jacquelyn was so helpful during the onboarding process! I spoke to some of my neighbor and everyone I have spoken to so far finds management very friendly. The apartment I have is well lit and spacious for a good price too.

This is my second year living at MetroPointe apartments and I still love It here ! From my apartment, the amazing staff , and all the great amenities I still believe that MetroPointe is the place to be and I’ll be staying here for a very long time !!

Management is always helpful. Very friendly and always willing to assist when needed. Cleaning crew keeps the property clean and smelling good. I appreciate them.

Welcoming Gentle and safety place inside, however security to improve just around the main entrance. The front desk is always available and caring

I like the office and maintenance staff. I also like how well the facilities and outside premises are maintained. They will go out their way to help how they can. Maintenance requests are taken care of very promptly, 98% of the time. One thing that bothers me is that there's not enough recycle bins. They get overfilled within 2 days and trash is all over the ground in the bin areas in the parking lot, and there's no room to put yours.

Jacqueline has been wonderful to work with. She’s very responsive and professional. The application process was quick and seamless. I would recommend this place to friends.

Move in process was super quick. Jaqueline was a huge help in explaining everything in detail. My apartment looks amazing! My neighbors have been so kind as well!

We just recently moved in, but the management office has been highly responsive to our requests and gone above and beyond to make us comfortable in our new apartment.

overall i’ve had a good experience but in the beginning i will say maintenance downplayed a lot of what i was concerned about. they also didn’t fix everything i made a concern when i first moved in. however, they have tried their best now to show improvement. you have to keep reminding the staff of your terms and conditions such as not having someone be in the house when you’re not there and to make notice of the time that someone (like maintenance) will be coming to your room.

Overall good but pay attention to to maintain the quality standards. Phone went down, the trash was not working, the water pipe got broken flushing dirty water in the toilets, the printer was damaged for few days … please improve the maintenance of the building,

Leasing office personnel are so kind and accommodating. Fast response to email inquiries. Apartments are very spacious. Loving it. Would definitely recommend.

everyone has been so nice and helpful in answering any questions or concerns i had! the place is beautiful and i love how modern it feels as well.

So far so good. I’ve only been a resident for a few weeks, but it already feels like home. Everyone’s so welcoming. It’s also convenient to a lot of things, which includes, restaurants, groceries, and shopping.

Great experience thus far. Leasing staff is very accommodating and professional. Many opportunities to get to know the apartment community. We are happy to be a part of the community.

Very nice apartment. Whenever there's a problem in ur apartment, they came in a snap. Jeff and the others they're on top of things making sure all is well n safe throughout the entire building.

I am a car-less individual that works 100% remote. I love the location having easy access to the Red line, grocery stores and a library in walking distance. The apartments are spacious with beautiful large windows. The building is a nice mix of families and young professionals so it’s not very noisy. If I could change one thing, I would prefer more updated/less noisy appliances but this is not a deal breaker for me. I love where I live and plan on staying put for a while.

I love coming back home to MetroPointe. It’s clean safe and the amenities within and outside apartment are top notch. Neighbors are friendly and considerate. Apartment is quiet. I honestly couldn’t ask for more for the location and price (conveniently located on top of red line).

I cannot seem to brag about where I live to my coworkers and clients that walk in to my place of employment. It has a very cozy feel like family atmosphere

The entire leasing process was wonderful. Our tour was detailed and scheduled easily. Great communication throughout the application process. We felt very welcomed when we completed signing our lease. Highly recommend checking out MetroPointe.

Caution, this place has poor management. A lot of drug use and violence happens around the building and community.

Nothing short of amazing. They were extremely timely and helpful in me helping make my decision to move in to metropointe. Both management and support staff have been excellent.

Being a resident of Metropointe apartments has been absolutely amazing. I love my apartment home, its nice and cozy and has all the amenities I love plus its next to Wheaton metro, safeway and Wheaton mall. But, the best part is the Property Management and Maintenance Team is awesome, they immediately address your apartment needs and make you feel like family. and that makes all the difference in having a protected, secure, clean, nice environment. Metropointe is a great place to call HOME. Thank you, I love my new home.

I just moved in and all the staff have been attentive and welcoming and nice from the signing of my lease up until I moved. They have been nothing but gracious and kind even in my frazzled state and make me feel so welcome and glad I moved to MetroPointe. They are beyond professional and knowledgeable.

The truth is I love the area 1st and most I love the apt.that's why I lived for 14 years it's convenient for a lot of things. But the only thing I didn't happy isthey never change the carpet or paint the wall and also I was asking so many times to move me the upper floor some times to give a privileges for a good tenant didn't hurt

Living in MetroPointe the last couple of years has been pretty great for me. The location and convenience is great. The building is on the older side so there are some quirks and squeaks that come with it but overall, I’ve been very happy with my time spent here.

It's great except for the noise. But, the location is good, so it's somewhat tolerable, but still unfortunate. I hope they can get better windows in the future to help reduce the noise.

New resident, so I can’t give an in-depth review but so far I love the spaciousness of the apartment, the floor to ceiling windows, the building is quiet and the neighborhood is walkable and has train access

I've lived at Metropointe Apts for a year and I've been very happy with me experience. Staff is very responsive to questions and requests. The property is well taken care of.

best place to live! safe environment , nice staff , maintenance staff its the best, work gets done quick, 4 years living. Amenities are always clean and very well taken care of it. Monthly calendars with events around the area etc.

I feel like a family member. If I have a problem all I have to do is ask for help. The events the office staff make it even more enjoyable. They make sure that if you're moving in the transition will be a smooth one

I'm a new resident. So far my experience has been great, The staff has honored all of my requests. The building is quiet although there's a nearby metro station.

It feels like home away from home. Safe comfortable and staff are friendly and and very attentive . The apartments are metro accessible and across from Safeway.

I've lived here a year and a half and I've loved it so far. The neighborhood I've lived in for about 7 years already and to see it growing from my vantage point is great. The staff and maintenance team at MetroPointe are very attentive and helpful - for such a large building, I feel they manage it pretty well.
