Metro at Wilmington Station

Apartment is nice and office management is very helpful. Amenities are also nice and the location is great. Getting on the commuter trains is easy.

So far this has been very comfortable, safe experience. I am happy with our move. Also we are happy with the location, we are close to stores and a short ride to the beach or the city.

This place is everything we've ever wanted and more! Everything is clean the gym is awesome and management has been responsive and helpful! Extremely thankful!

So far I would say it seems quiet and peaceful and pretty well kept up. Things to be addressed our overflowing trash outside and the cabinet in the apartment need to be updated or improved as you are using shelving paper to cover them, which is cheap and the stove is kind of on the cheaper side as well For the price you pay for rent expectations would be a little bit nicer

The place is quiet, safe, cordial, and friendly. I believe heat insulation, especially on the first floors are needed in Building Two, can't speak for the other one. Air was seeping through into the windows and had to seal them last winter. Other than that, I haven't seen or had any other issues and would absolutely renew my lease

My unit still has carpet that has not been cleaned in over 7 years of residence. We have requested a new Stove multiple times. It turns off during cooking. Our fridge does not make ice consistently. Our kitchen sink faucet button does not work. These are just a few concerns we have submitted.

Upgrades are happening that are pleasing to the eye. Community room, carpeting, hall painting, etc. Todd in Management is doing a great job & is very approachable. Sorry to see Andrew leave, however, hopefully its an upgrade for him since he deserves it.

Waiting for pool room to finish to play pool again. Otherwise, safe, quiet complex with plenty of parking. Apartments are spacious with all the essentials you need. Added plus is having a washer and dryer in your apartment.

All staffs are very friendly. Give us a tour and explain how all everything working. The main office always very positive to give us attention. The apartment is cleaning and all utilities working well.

I want management to provide salt left inside the doorway. The previous office staff would supply salt in a barrel for us to use early in the morning before maintenance had been out. New rugs were installed, but no signage was left about where NOT to walk, and the "tile" area was poorly installed.

There are improvements needed need winter/summer screen doors more weather stripping and more amenities fir tenants office staff is nice helpful and prompt to repair items

Getting the application done was super easy thanks to Todd the move went smooth the area is great it’s super quiet which is a plus the amenities are awesome I look forward to staying here and calling this place home

We just moved in but so far it has been great! The accommodations are great and the responsiveness to issues has been outstanding. The layout of the apartment is such that there is plenty of room. We are very happy here.

Great place to be , very cozy , management is great , the people that live here are very nice and welcoming, if problems I have with the apartment, maintenance is there to fix it very quick , fast turn over-rate

My experience here has been nothing but amazing. The staff is friendly helpful and extremely nice and efficient. I had a few minor things I needed help with and maintenance was kind to help. Everyone really makes you fell welcome from the staff to the other residence in our building.

Metro@wilmington is good community with a hostile environment and also a pet friendly community with all amenities. Easy commute to boston. Peacful living

It has been great living here so far. Very clean and friendly neighbors. We were nervous about the train noise but can’t believe how quiet it is!

This is the absolute best apartment. Great units, good community spaces, both the management and maintenance people are amazing. A little pricey, but not unreasonable compared to other similar units elsewhere.

The leasing manager is fantastic and the maintenance person is very nice, great people and great environment! Super clean, great community, friendly neighbors!

Pleasant Living at Metro @ Wilmington Station I've enjoyed my year at Metro @ Wilmington Station. The location is convenient, with great amenities, friendly staff, and a generally safe atmosphere. The apartment features are modern and well-maintained. While community events could be more frequent, the overall experience has been positive. Recommended for those seeking comfort and convenience.

Friendly environment with good facilities to live. Maintained neatly and is always peaceful. Very good neighbours, very oet friendly community.

It is okay. Overpriced for what you get. Maintenance is relatively prompt, but rude. Like you are annoying them. Mediocre overall. Great location to the commuter rail though.

Ovwrall quiet, well maintaining property.Just 1 problem I had was that the apartment that I leased was not really clean. When I moved in first, the washer had lots of mold and dog furs. Almost every carpeted area was full of dog furs so I had to clean everything thoroughly

Love living here. It's quiet. The gym is nice. Packages are usually always where they are supposed to be. Mail runs at the same time every day. It's cleaned daily. Neighbors are nice.

Truly a great living experience at Metro @ Wilmington Station! From Day 1 the service received from the Management Staff to the Service Team has been on point and much further ahead of other similar living communities. The staff is very friendly, honest, communicative, and always follows up in timely manner. I absolutely recommend this complex if looking into apartment homes in Wilmington MA area.

The community is extremely friendly, animal friendly, pretty quiet, and the accommodations and amenities sounds extraordinary. These things are very important when seeking a desirable home. I would definitely recommend these apartments for young adults/ professionals.

Prompt response to issues and serious attempt to reach a resolution. Cleaning person does good job in maintaining clean facility.

I would recommend it because: 1. It is close to the train station. 2. It has gym inside. 3. The personal is friendly.

Maintenance has not been too much of an issue for me. Landscaping and keep up of the building has.

I am happy here and would tell any body that they would like it here.

In my opinion, the big draw for this community is the ease of access to the commuter rail.

I would recommend this complex, however, the tenants above us are loud and dismissive, they bang their feet, and yell all the time, disrespectful to apartment complex living! we have complained but they say they don't bang!!! Yes they dooo! Please if they ever decide to move, please get someone who is quieter and respectful to apartment living! Thank you very much!

I have been especially pleased with how easy my commute is to north Waltham. I will especially recommend to colleagues at my place of employment.

I have been raving about this location for years to my friends. I finally got one friend to move from Medford to here. She moves in this month & I hope she'll be as happy as we are.

I love the convenience, the quietness of the complex and the cleanliness and great neighbors.

I feel that the appearance of Metro has not been at the level it had been 2 years ago. Some of the apt doors are missing screens...which a very flimsy and come off easily. There are gutters on the garages that have been hit by cars, or moving trucks. Shrubs and trees need to be trimmed. My ceiling filters have some black around the trim.

Overall experience here has been satisfactory and I would certainly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Very convenient location with the train service right there. You can?t hear a peep and the room sizes and ceiling heights really make it feel roomy.

I moved here two years ago when I sold my eleven room house. I wasn’t sure it was a good move at the time and thought it would be a good first step. I am so happy with my good fortune at moving in to a place where I’m safe, respected and treated extremely well. Any problems in my apartment have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I no longer worry about lawn care, snow removal or freezing pipes! I have great, caring neighbors, and the office staff is friendly and efficient and accommodating. I am well and truly at home here!

This place is terrible. Noise is unbearable and management does not help. The people that live here are inconsiderate and they get the benefit of the doubt. I would not recommend living here unless you are on the third floor and even then I would make sure you are not on the 38 side. The 530AM train horn is an unpleasant wake up.

The only thing I love more than the beautiful scenery, friendly neighbors and staff, and convenient businesses in the location; is the apartment itself! The granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms are to die for! Not to mention the state-of-art appliances from Whirlpool. The rooms are so wide and open, I don't need to worry about spending too much extra for storage! Even if I do need it, amazingly cheap storage units are provided, and I never have to worry about space.
