Roach issues in multiple buildings!!! I can’t consider myself a tenant since I haven’t been able to stay a single night here due to a severe roach problem. There are many baby and adult roaches, plus eggs, on floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. leaving us unable to live here for nearly 2 weeks and causing financial strain. I strongly advise caution due to health and safety concerns before renting here. We’ve spoken with residents in several buildings and everyone we talked to has noticed roaches, including the hallways. Based on our conversations this seems to be an ongoing issue… We haven’t moved out yet and the unit is already back on the market.

Property has numerous buildings with severe cockroach infestations and the last year and treatments seem largely ineffective. Be advised.

I took a tour and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They really cared about what I was looking for and made it a personal experience.

It is the location that did it for me.great staff and very safe.the mall, target,Kohls dollar store everything is a minute away. Monica the manager is an angel.

I’ve recently moved into my 1Br 1Ba apartment and I’ve been extremely pleased with my experience here. From the tour Monica gave me at the end of September, to the application process and everything leading up to my move in date has been outstanding! Shout out to Lynnzey who’s tolerated all my questions and concerns. There were a few minor issues but compared to the last place I was at, they definitely were minor. I’m on the 3rd floor and it’s quiet—which is a relief as my last place wasn’t. I’m really thankful to have found Meridian Pointe. The building and grounds are well maintained, I really like the security features of the building entrances as well as the package room, too! Definitely 5 stars!! Keep up the great work!

I have never dealt with more disrespectful, unprofessional and more distrustful human beings ever in my life compared to Meridian Pointe Management/Staff. You name it and they are at the worst. You try to get hold of them, no one answers or responds including phone calls, messages and emails even when you are clear in requesting a response. The distrustful and unprofessionalism is at its worst. Do not believe any of these 4 or 5 stars. If you want to keep your sanity, find another place to live in. The pictures on their website are deceitful and the apartment units are garbage. So called maintenance are incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional. The apartments are deteriorated. Windows are old, leaking air and drafty. You will pretty much be in cold apartment whole winter. The problems are countless. So your self a favor and Find another place to live in. Sayid

I have lived here for over a year and I've received nothing but terrible customer service. They constantly mess up the charges on your account. NEVER email or call you back. I wish I never rented from here, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

Maintenance is amazing, professional, and thorough. Crystal in the office is awesome. My neighbors are loud, dogs bark, halls are loud, and garbage is left in them. No one cleans up after their dogs, and I pay an 8$ mo amenities fee for a pool that hasn’t worked 2 seasons. And In this two years my rent has gone up close to 200$ other places that are nicer are cheaper. Go there.

Meridian Pointe is a nice quiet area that is wonderful for single and families with children. Safe are to play, walk and work from home at. My experience here has been wonderful.

Maintenance and Management have been so great with working with us to help get everything fixed and in order in our unit and in our building!

Great location, but live on the top floor because the flooring is so thin you can hear your neighbors every footstep above you.

Great location, but the noise created by the flooring/sub-flooring is so loud that it isn't worth living here unless you live on the top floor.

I like living at Meridian Pointe. But I just hate how long it takes to get things fixed. It's not right!

My family and I have been living here almost 3 years. Im not quite fond of the new management team here because of poor communication skills and the constant rise in the rent.

We have lived here for 6 years. The Management staff and the Maintenance Staff are always friendly and helpful. The whole complex is well maintained.

The amenities are amazing and the grounds are really nice - but my experience hasn't been very good since arriving. I have completely fallen to the wayside and I have not received the help or attention I feel I should have had by this point.

Recomiendo este lugar para vivir . I really like living at Meridian Pointe. It is very quiet, clean and very polite people live. The management is very professional and seeks to help you with your housing wishes. I recommend this place to live.

My suggestion is this: do not waste your time with this management company. They have made it significantly more difficult for us to vacate by 1) not giving us a copy of our lease and 2) not informing us that our main contact had left the company. As a result, they are insisting we give a full 60 day notice and have taken no accountability for the barriers posed on us, as tenants. We have attempted to compromise at a 45 day notice (we originally thought it was 30 days), but this has been met with resistance and an unwillingness to work together to resolve this issue.

This is a great community to live in. Housing in good condition. Quiet. Good service. BBQ area in constant use spring, summer, and fall. Pool also in constant use in good weather. We have enjoyed living here.

I've lived at Meridian Pointe for 2 years and the staff have always helped me with everything I need. Even on the weekends when I lost my wallet in the dumpster when I accidentally threw it away they had someone come unlock the doors for me with 10 to 15 minutes. My neighbors have always been nice and everyone usually keeps to themselves but I think due to covid that made everyone less excited to talk to each other.

I'm sure Meridian Pointe would be an okay place to live if you don't experience any issues/incidents, but if you do run into any issues and need to contact management, good luck. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of management unless you happen to physically go into the office when they are there. People from the leasing office will "promise" you that they'll make sure management will call you, and they never do. If you do finally get in contact with management, they are very unprofessional and in no hurry to get you the information you need or to help you solve your issue. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I feel safe at Meridian Pointe, its a very nice community. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

My wife and I enjoy living at Meridian Pointe as the location is excellent and the staff is polite and attentive. I have lived here for over 5 years and love being a mile from Costco, Target, Aldi's and many other stores, not to mention my dentist being 5 minutes away and Fairview Clinics, Hospital, and Park Nicollet Clinic also 5 mintues away.

I love my apartment and community. Everting have come across is pleasant and courteous. I recently spoke with management regarding the cigarette smell I my apartment that was a bit overwhelming coming into my apartment and they addressed it the situation immediately! I so appreciated that and I do understand everyone is different but it was a little hard to breathe at times so hats off to Meridian Pointe for trying to make everyone comfortable and happy!

Buildings are quiet. Staff is always helpful. Cleaning crew always keeps the entrance and hallways in great shape.

We have lived here almost 3 years and we are very happy. Had some parking issues awhile ago but seems to be taken care of. The staff are very nice.

I really love my apartment and I work from home so I am very surprised by not hearing my neighbors at all. The sound proof walls are wonderful! I cant even hear anyones television or music or them talking at all.

Feel like Im being checked up on verses me actually requesting anything. Seems time, money, and effort could go into getting things like cameras in the garage so when people break windows and steal things we would actually have something to provide police.

I am a brand new resident and I just have to say that our entire application process was seamless. Louise was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Louise went out of her way to accommodate us and made sure we got a unit that met all of our needs and wants. She never once pressured us and was amazing at explaining everything. Her response time was impeccable even though I know its been extremely busy with everyone booking tours and moving in right now. I already feel like part of the Meridian Pointe family and I am only just moving in! I recommend anyone looking for a great place to live and an even more amazing staff and company to come check it out. Talk to Louise!

It is ok. The exterior of the building is falling apart but they have a good maintenance team. There are some bad apples as far as residents but overall its o.k.
