Wedged between the North Loop and University Hills, Windsor Park offers a terrific neighborhood just north of Downtown Austin. With I-35 and Highway 290 serving as the west and northern borders, getting around the Austin area is easy, and the University of Texas at Austin is a short three miles southwest. As you explore apartments in Windsor Park, you'll notice a variety of ranch-style homes dating to the 1950s, giving the neighborhood an established, family-friendly vibe. Property Ratings at Sangria Park
I moved in on 6/8/2019. Upon moving in, the A/C was broke and the bathroom was dirty. No big deal, right? Wrong. Further into my time living at Menlo, roaches began to infest my whole apartment. The logical thing to do is request pest control, which I did, 3 TIMES. The work orders all stated "Complete" around 30 minutes after submition. I had to call the health department to come out and spray for these roaches. Adding to the issues, there have been leaks in my A/C, mice living IN the "faux" fireplace, homeless living in the parking lot, people deficating near the dumpster, pot holes galore around the complex, a building burning down and the owner taking $400,000 and spending it on personal things, and the pools (except the main one behind the office) absoulutely disgusting being green and filled with trash. I could go on, but take from this. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They do not care about the residents in my opinion and will do everything to avoid fixing issues. The worst apartment I have ever lived.

I've put in several maintenance requests to fix my air conditioning which does not work all the way back from January, it is now April, still no functioning A/C. In addition, to this matter, I haven't been able to get into my mailbox either even with numerous requests in person, via phone and email. My brother who signed the lease alongside me in person at the office wasn't even on the lease! We discovered this when he couldn't login to the resident portal and pay rent. When he went to talk to the people at the office about this matter, they said they had no record of him anywhere! Even still with all of these issues, had they just been courteous and professional and resolved these issues, I wouldn't be writing this review. I want out of this lease and I highly advise against signing here!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! This place may look nice and be an great price but it is all to lure you in. The management constantly changes (the entire office staff), it has changed entirely 5 times since I have lived here! That is not even the worst I HAVEN'T HAD HOT WATER IN MONTHS. I shower at friends apartments so I don't have to freeze in a cold shower when it is already cold outside. I have gone in multiple times to see what the problem is and still nothing is fixed. The complex has informed me they know what the issue but has done nothing to fix it repeatedly. The city has recently become involved which will hopefully make things better but I am not holding my breath. Every time I go in to see what the status is on getting hot water I get the same response of they're figuring out what to do, meanwhile I have NO HOT WATER ANYWHERE in my apartment! They have done nothing for me to reconcile this problem. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!!! SAVE YOURSELF and find somewhere that can provide basic amenities like hot water! - Be weary of great reviews of this complex as they had a promotion earlier in the year to get money off rent if we left positive comments. - I will say the manager everyone is speaking so highly of was great, Pam. She is no longer at the complex however but she did seem to genuinely care about tenants but she is gone now and things seem to be taking a turn for the worse again....
Nice community, new management has made lots of new improvements. The doggy park is great for pet owners and a way for your fur babies to release energy and have fun! ?? Delighted to have Pam Haynes (Mgr) back with us. She is attentive to your needs and very respectful.

This is a good place to live I been living here just about 5 or 6 years now and it's close to the school and the shopping center and there's swimming pools for the kids and a dog park and work out gym too and the staff and maintenance and managers are really nice here and there's been alot of changes around here and it looks alot more better now

I couldn’t be happier! I had a checklist and chose to look at this place because I wanted something closer to downtown, but not too close. Check! Pet friendly. Check! I have several major roads(183,290,I35)to take to get me where I’m going. Check! Kind and caring staff all around!! Check! Security on call at night if needed! That’s a plus! Dog park, lighted table area for celebration or just solo reflection and secured laundry rooms!

Under this new new management, the complex has become a much better place. Maintenance is 100% more attentive than in the past, pest control has become more efficient, and overall atmosphere has improved. This is a good complex if one is on a budget but wants to live in the North Austin/Mueller area, and only 4 miles from UT.
Love it here... Since i moved in 5 months ago..there has been so many changes..starting with the owner?staff and maintenance... Since new management took charge ..there has been alot of changes and upgrades... They built a doogy park ..they're remodeling the apatment buidlings... In and out.... ..every work order i put in for my apartment is done in time....they really care about their residents and are making sure everything is taken care off... I defetnatly recomend these apartments ... ??????? P.s one happy resident Rosario alejo
