I think..

it is a nice place to live. If you like to walk there are places within reasonable distances. Gateway mall has an attractive park across from it that's not big but enough to relax and take in the air. There is also a new park in the area, "Shirley Chisholm State Park". The buildings have laundry units within them and there is security staff who patrol throughout the day. I have lived in a 2 bedroom with a balcony and I love living here. It's not perfect such as limited access to management but the neighbors are friendly. It is also pet-friendly.

HIGH CRIME

EVER SINCE THEY BUILTTHE STORES BEHIND WHAT USED TO BE FAIRFIELD TOWERS THE CRIME HAS BEEN AT AN ALL TIME HIGH! LIVED HERE SINCE 1970 USED TO BE ON NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH ALONG WITH THE SECURITY TEAM DURING THE 70S AND 80S AND NOW ITS FAR WORSE DONT LET THE UPGRADE TO THE INTERIOR ENTICE YOU THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS FAR WORSE.! RATS AND MICE LIVE HERE AND ALWAYS WILL!

Small aparntment building turning into condos and attempting to make people by them out. Its small with three people living in it and its a two bedroom place.
