I moved into meadowoods in Aug of 2018. And moved out June of 21. I never as much had a problem with anything at the apartments. They were very good when it came to maintenance requests understandable if I ever had a problem with anything. Jeff was wonderful! He was always out walking around and would stop and chat with me anytime he had the chance. The apartments are very nice quit area tucked away in Norfolk. Close to the airport and the military bases. Great access to the military HWY. Desiree was very nice when I told her I was planning on moving early, prior to my lease being up. They worked with me very well and I never head anyone else have complaints. Thanks you guys for the amazing hospitality you showed me and my wife while we stayed here

Moved in March 5th, been living here for only 2 weeks, all I noticed are great things. -Very close to the airport (not on flight path, so you wont hear airplanes at all) -At least for my building, the parking is really good, very close to the dumpster so no long walk while carrying heavy trash. -Interior is great, floor plan (one bedroom) is great. - Staff: Stephanie - awesome! maintenance - faster than the cops. -Gated community, and they actually close the gate! (some gated communities do not close the gate at all which is funny right) - Gym: Cons- could be bigger, and have more equipment Pros-open 24/7. my neighbors seem to be really nice too. Let's see what I could potentially say in the future as we stay longer, but so far, I'm impressed!

Amazing staff that seem to always have all the answers and can basically tackle any challenge! Desiree and Jeff my apartment managers quickly became family once I moved in. I have been living in Medowood for about six months now and so far this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! I have a two bedroom and it is very spacious for me and my family (wife and 2 kids)I love the granite countertops and the fancy overhead lighting Meadowood Apartments is a very clean apartment complex their maintenance is always on the job I have never had any problems with anybody here ! Desirae and Jeff are the two most professional and polite landlords I have ever met They are always willing to help me and provide me with any answers I need and anytime I get a package they will personally text me to let me know the package is there! Meadowood Apartments is conveniently located near the military bases and to get on the highway to Virginia Beach or to get on military highway close to a lot of shops and restaurants and gas stations perfect location! So glad I made a decision to move at Meadowood apartments!

We currently live here and have been living here for 3 months now. We love the apartment! It's spacious with a great and convenient layout, clean, and comes with modern appliances. The office and maintenance staff are awesome! They're always friendly and are quick to help, which we appreciate it very much! Despite all the positive attributes, our noisy neighbor has put a damper on the living experience, who often plays loud music (with extremely heavy base) for hours each day and night, which has disturbed our infant from his sleep. Under no circumstance should we be able to clearly hear the songs that they're playing downstairs from our apartment. It has gotten so bad that we had to call the cops once when they did this at 4am! If this issue persists, we might have to find another place to move to. As great as this apartment and the staff are at Meadowood, if you're a person who cannot deal with noisy neighbors or have infants, this is probably not the place for you.

We moved into Meadowood recently and are very happy with our choice! Everyone has been very accomodating to us and the apartments are beautiful! Everything is granite with stainless steel appliances and the apartments are very spacious. We chose this apartment mainly because of its proximity to base, shopping, and the interstate. And so far we are not disappointed!

The area is flooded with section 8. Just the other day a man spun around in his car while speeding through the parking lot after a fight with his girlfriend, and totaled THREE OTHER PARKED CARS. This is completely ridiculous! The management office seems to not care, and maintenance likes to come into your homes (for non-emergency repairs) to fix things 3 weeks after you asked them to. Then, they also decided to come into our home after we specifically stated we did not want them to come in without us being home. Unsurprisingly, a huge bucket of change is missing from apartment.

I will start out by saying our kitchen is perfect, beautiful with all the appliances and tons of space. Cant go wrong with a pantry, nice washer and dryer, huge walk in closets, his and her sinks in the main bath room and a little patio. Compared to some of the other apartments in the area it might be a little pricey to live here but we have no serious complaints. Whenever we do have any small issues the ladies at the front desk are always really helpful. The pool area is nice but the gym could be a lot better. Over all, its been a good experience living here and we aren't leaving anytime soon!

This apartment is great and we love living here! It is nice & clean, and the neighbors are really friendly. The rent is a little high, but its expected if you want to live somewhere decent in Norfolk. I'm glad there is a gate because I don't know what we'd do without security.

The scenery is well kept, and the apartment is amazing, all stainless steel appliances, separate laundry room, great space. And maintenance is always ion call if you need them. Management is very courteous and understanding.
