The staff at McKenzie go above and beyond. I had to change my move in date to earlier date and Hailey was empathetic and kind and made this happen. Pierre went above and beyond when my packages began arriving before I did. Pierre and Haley really made a difference in my move in experience. I felt like a real VIP and I don't even live in a penthouse.

I do not recommend living at McKenzie. We have lived here 4 years and have seen things go down dramatically. Not worth the money to live in a community that smells like trash, with one amenity space (the 40th floor), a rooftop area that has zero outdoor seating 6 months out of the year, a spa with a jacuzzi that is consistently down, and a maintenance supervisor that never prioritizes the issues in your unit or community. It took 8 months for us to get our door fob fixed.

I have lived in a variety of apartments across Seattle (6 years) and the United States in general. McKenzie is the only building I moved back into. The concierge team are the kindest and truly make living here feel like home. Amenities and apartment are 10/10.

While working in McKenzie moving in a client it was great to work with the McKenzie staff! One of the maintenance guys, Shandon, was very helpful with the logistics of the move. Helping us into the service elevator and helping manage our small amount of trash from the job. Great people and a great building with spectacular views!

Just moved in 03.14.2022. I has been a fantastic experience so far. Parking is easy and affordable. The floor plans are very spacious for the dollar value. The amenities are wonderful. The staff is very pleasant and effective. I've enjoyed my experience very much so far.

My husband and I live living at the McKenzie! The concierge staff is always so helpful, opening doors and calling elevators when our hands are full. The amenities are incredible, and we get a lot of use out of them. The views from the roof, and gym are unlike any other in Seattle. We feel at home here.

Overall McKenzie is a beautiful apartment in an amazing area of the city. I truly love the floor plans, views, and overall feel of the building. However, there are some cons you should be aware of... it seems as though everything is an extra charge and once you sign the lease the level of communication and care regarding your experience is notably altered to that of indifference. Get EVERYTHING in writing that they promise you or it will not happen. This issue may also be magnified by the staff turnover, which is somewhat of a revolving door.

Love, love, love this place. I can not express the awesomeness of the team at McKenzie! The property is overall outstanding, the amenities spaces are top notch. In addition, the concierge team is available 24/7. Every single one of them always ready to assists with a smile at any time of the day. The level of customer service that the concierge manager Irina provided was breathtaking! Thank you so much:)

McKenzie is just swanky. The decor is gorgeous and every detail has been paid attention to, from the flooring to the lighting. There's a mailroom with a package delivery service, and an elegant, cozy lobby near a contained fireplace downstairs. My studio apartment is just perfect for one soul- Roomy closet with ample shelf space, three areas to hang my clothes, sliding doors for bathroom and closet, soft close drawers throughout the kitchen, tons of shelf space, a built-in bookcase, full kitchen with tons of countertop space, and my BATHTUB...! I couldn't be happier that I moved here. Do it... You won't regret it.

Mckenzie is a great community, caring and helpful people to make sure everyone has a beautiful experience. It is centrally located to everything. Just a 2 minutes walk from whole foods which is definitely very important to me. Beautiful 360-degree view of the whole downtown from the rooftop. Everything is taken care of by the management for everyone to have a beautiful new home.

Mckenzie is top of the line experience. I have lived in many greystar properties in US and this is one of the best managed property till date. The professionalism of the team is experienced right from the leadership of Chea. I meet her during the induction session and was impressed by her exquisite exceptionalism in guiding me thru the process. Good leadership makes all the difference.

McKenzie meets all my apartment selection criteria with its fantastic amenities, stunning views, responsive 24 hour concierge, convenient location to everywhere. I researched more than 100 apartments in this area in the last few months, and McKenzie is my final and only choice - super satisfied!

Leased for a year here. Overall, the building is new and clean and looks nice. Gym is on the 39th floor with no real free weights besides dumbbells up to 25lbs. Resistance machines are horrible as they are air pressure controlled and overheard staff providing a tour stating these are better than free weights... just had to laugh. One staff in particular named Lily needs an attitude adjustment. Has horrible customer service and gives attitude when you ask questions or need help. Lastlyy, don't get fooled by the leasing office when you finish your lease because they will try to keep your security deposit through painting the walls even if they don't really need it. Normal wear and tear is normal and should be maintained by the landlord but we got charged when the walls were still in mint condition. They offered continuous discounts after I declined to pay for wall paint. However, the best thing about the apartment was Felipe! He was amazing and very caring for the tenants and his job. Keep it up Felipe!

Fantastic building with best in-class amenities. Highly recommend living here! You can walk to all the places you need - but why would you need to leave when you have everything at McKenzie? Oh and did I mention all of the dogs?! :)
