The neighborhood is full of useful resources so most everything I need is within convenient walking distance. TRAFFIC!!!!!! I would recommend this building except for the TRAFFIC! Not only does the management company do NOTHING. I have told other people to look elsewhere because traffic issue entering/exiting the complex and management has done NOTHING to make those already living at McHenry row feel like they are valued as tenants. All they value is the businesses.

I just moved in a couple of weeks ago, but my experience has been great. It’s been quiet, everyone we’ve met has been friendly, there are plenty of amenities and community events. The area is really nice to walk around, and it’s very nice having a grocery store, and restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic area. Very convenient location. Parking passes used to be $5 for 24 hours. Was up to $10 and became a little unreasonable. Gym needs improvement. Little things such as having a jump rope but no where to jump rope. Things constantly broken such as the elevator, doors, or gym equipment. Leasing office very easy to reach and speak to. Pricing decent compared to other similar apartments. Would recommend.

The ease of the rental process can all be performed remotely. This modern convenience is exceptional. I live in Los Angeles and needed to find a great place close to my new office in Baltimore. The leasing office is efficient and quick to respond. The portal for residents to start-up is promising. I look forward to this living at McHenry Row.

I am absolutely thrilled to call McHenry home! The staff has been incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure my experience is seamless. They’ve made me feel welcomed and supported every step of the way. I’m excited to explore all the great resident events. The amenities are nice, love the movie theater although it's about to be gone. Elevators? Broken. Water? Broken. Amenities? Broken. Rent? Raised. At least the mail works! Jk packages are strewn across the floor and mail is never reported delivered. Besides that its a great spot!

Great location Nice staff and fun activities for all Garage parking a plus but can get costly for visitors needing to stay overnight. Should be less expensive

Gym could be much better. Roof also gets closed in the Winter time. Walls to your neighbors can be very thin. Feels like one of two elevators is closed more than often. Apartment does giveaways. Lots of events. Maintenance is on top of things and does a great job.

I have been really happy with my choice to move into the mchenry row complacent. The gym is awesome and bc I work nights when I go use the gym there is generally no one there - which makes it feel like my own personal gym. I have unfortunately missed a lot of the events due to my night rn shifts but the ones I’ve gone to have been so nice and thoughtful. I wish as a resident we did get a guest pass for parking bc the garage is generally empty on most nights and it would be nice to be able to have ppl park rather than walk. I occasionally pay for the pass but it gets expensive - especially when you see an empty garage.

Move in was very smooth and the apartment has been fantastic thus far. Management is friendly and speedy, no complaints here. Amenities and neighborhood are perfect for all lifestyles, everything you could need!

We originally loved McHenry Row apartments, but started dealing with constant mice problems on the 6th floor! We would see them on the counters and hear them in the walls at night! We opened several tickets over 2 months, but they were unable to eradicate. We chose to move out as it was greatly impacting our sleep and comfort. Corporate was completely unwilling to work with us and gave no leeway on the early termination fee. The only time the leasing office was quick to respond to anything was to remind us to pay the fee after moving out.

Please know that we take pest control very seriously and have bi-weekly treatments in place with our contracted extermination service. However, we acknowledge that it can take time to fully resolve such issues. We regret any frustration caused by the delay in addressing the problem. We're genuinely sorry that your experience with corporate wasn't satisfactory, and we understand your decision to move out. I liked the apartment amenities and the space but management is very unresponsive - they do not answer emails and there’s almost never anyone available in the leasing office. Whenever I get home from work before closing hours - the door is always already closed so it takes a long time to get any of my questions answered.

I recently moved in and it has been a great experience. The only flaws are sometimes no one is around to give out packages, an elevator has been down a few times, and the sliding doors to get into the building have also be broken a few times. But love my apartment and location so far. Also has been many community events.

This will allow you to retrieve your package at any time. For your convenience, we will continue to deliver your packages to your door, until the package room is completed. Also, my apologies for the door as it took the contractor a few attempts to complete the repairs correctly. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's anything additional, we can do for you. Just moved here and everything is great. They are such nice people and the maintenance is extremely quick. They come while I’m at work and when I get home everything is fixed. 10/10

I really enjoy living at McHenry Row, it's a very quiet and safe area that's close to 95, as well as downtown. Having the shops right here is extremely convenient too. The building is kept very clean and the maintenance team and building staff are all very helpful and friendly.
