Property Ratings at Mayflower at Piscataway
Not pretty by any means, but for $950 per month, in NJ I'm not going to complain. I'm a single parent, with only my one source of income. Heat and hot water are included, thank god, and my daughter likes her school and friends. The apt has an ok size loving room, tiny dining room and even smaller kitchen. My daughter and I share a bedroom, and bed, can't afford a 2 bedroom at the moment. Lawn is mowed. It works for us. Can't complain. Manager maintains also. Thank you!
