This place is AMAZING!! The staff is SO nice and willing to help with any issue you might have. They also continually go above and beyond what is required to make your time at the community a great experience. The security they have in place is really great. Any crime you see posted from other reviews is literally such a tiny percentage of people who live here. The vast majority of people will never, ever have to deal with any crime related issues while you are staying here and what does happen is handled flawlessly by the staff. They just got new package lockers which are great and the security gates keep any unwanted visitors out very well. Any issues related to packages are not a fault of the community, but are usually a fault of the carrier not doing what they are supposed to be doing. The apartments themselves are amazing quality with really high ceilings and doors, and great styles. I was amazed that they have over 50 floorplans, so if you can't find a floorplan you like, you are being too picky lol. They also just finished a newly renovated pool which is SO cool. Not only are the amenities nice, but the location within midtown is so perfect. Super close to all of the restaurants and bars, but far enough away where you won't hear any of the noise or other things. Plenty of parking in their garages, and they even offer several guest parking options. If you get towed, it is your own fault since they have signage posted all throughout the garage. Great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. No other community in the area compares to this place. I had to relocate for a new job, but I would have stayed if I could have!

I was hoping for a professional community where I would be comfortable living, but what I got is more of a high end frat house. It definitely is everything that’s advertised in terms of location and amenities, but unfortunately the quality of the residents can make living here unpleasant. Animal excrement can be found in walking areas frequently, packages are stolen from door steps regularly, neighbors are noisy and have no regard for others, etc. The leasing office does what it can and everyone who works here is very pleasant, but for what we pay to live here you would want swifter, permanent actions taken to ensure we have a comfortable living experience. I haven’t even mentioned the outside disturbances that I can’t totally fault the property for, but there is a lot to account for here. It’s a great location, the aesthetics of the property and the apartments are really nice, but like I said the actions of other residents, and the safety/security issues surrounding the property really dull the shine of the property and make it frustrating to really be happy here. Doesn’t feel like a home should.

This community is not safe. There is countless crime occurring: Multiple stolen vehicles, tons of window smashing, 3 apartment break ins, 2 instances of aggravated assault with victims at gunpoint.

Best place I've ever lived. I do a lot of work from home and love how it's always quiet. The technology package is reliable and included in the rent. It's walking distance from a lot of places and close to all the highways. Kenya in the office is always smiling and ready to help. When maintenance stops by to take care of an issue they'll check my lights or ask if there's anything they can do before leaving. Best customer service I've ever experienced at an apartment.

This is my first apartment and I love everything about it! It's walking distance from a lot of places but not directly next to them so its quiet around the property. I love our perks discount card. We get discounts at a lot places I frequent like Nekter and Belle Station. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Kenya. She plans events monthly and I have actually met a lot of my neighbors. Maintenance is friendly and fast and the grounds are always clean. If you are looking for a place to live Camden definitely is the place to be.

This is a great place with a very dedicated staff. What I enjoy the most are the community events and the main pool. It’s a great place to meet neighbors and have a great party. Happy here.

Camden city centre is a great place to live with awesome people.I had a great time looking for apartments with Kenya, who made the beginning to end process very professional and easy! She is very nice and I highly recommend her to anyone searching for an apartment, cheers! :-)

3 years with this property, 4 years total with the other property also being in the Midtown area. Staff are wonderful. Location is great being easy to get on highways but feeling like you are somewhat secluded. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the bayou. Greatly enjoyed having multiple pool options - sometimes you want the spring break vibe but sometimes you want some peace and quiet. Would highly recommend a Camden property if you are looking in Midtown.

So glad my roommate and I moved into this property. Close to everything, and high walk-ability area. The leasing staff is super professional and will always go above and beyond.

This apartment complex is great! I lived here for over four years I and only moved out because I moved to another city. Maintenance was always prompt and solved what few problems I did have. The amenities are nice and the staff is very helpful - especially Kenya and Diane. It's not the cheapest or the most expensive apartment in Midtown, but it is the best value, for sure!

Camden City Center is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. I never once felt entirely safe in my apartment home the rent is ridiculous for the lack of attention they pay to residents safety. Seemed like I got a weekly notification about a break in, armed robbery, or car vandalism eventually it became evident that they just stopped informing the community of the incidents. When multiple residents asked for higher security measures they said they were "working towards a permanent solution".... yet they claimed that putting up security cameras in the hall ways/entrances was an invasion of privacy (despite them being in the other common areas although not entirely convinced they even worked). In addition many nights I saw the "security guard" napping in their car on the ROOF of the parking garage! Do not live here there are hundreds of better/safe apartments in the surrounding area for equal or less cost!

We've been living at Camden for two years and we've enjoyed all this time. Maintanence is always available when we need it, the gyms are both very good, as well as the game rooms, they are always clean and neat. People at the leasing office are mostly nice and helpful.

They certainly have some room for improvement with their policies, including a less than convenient garbage disposal program that does not operate on the weekends, when one produces the most garbage. Also, an entire six story garage which is excellently covered from the elements, except for the part where you have to roll down your window to swipe your card at the entrance, where one gets poured on. There are three pools, and I must say that each is quite beautiful and welcoming, however there is no hot t there are three pools, and I must say that each is quite beautiful and welcoming, however there is no jacuzzi. There are also many amenities within the clubhouse including work-study areas and two gyms. However, the gyms both have exactly the same equipment in them and are open only from 5 AM to 11 AM, and close for no apparent reason with the threat of a half define for any residents who does not exit the premises prior to closing hours. The study and business centers I have similar time restrictions, again entirely unwarranted and inconvenient for those who don't keep normal business hours. All that having being said, I would recommend this facility to friends or family, and have found the community and the amenities to be both beautiful and accommodating.

I'm living on Camden City Center II for two years now, only switching apartments when my first lease ended from a small 1 bedroom apartment to a bigger one. Camden is a great place to live with a very good infrastructure. The gyms are never too crowded, gameroons are very decent, there is always a barbecue grill available and I really like the events that they host to promote meeting the neighbors.Staff is super friendly and helpful. The location could not be better, walking distance for me is everything when looking for an apartment. You can go to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants bars, you name it! Camden is pretty fast fixing any issue that you may have on your apartment, changing light bulbs, plumbing issues etc. I like the fact that you can rent the clubroom to do a small get together with your friends, however I fell like 250 dollars is too much due to the fact that I still need to clean everything, take out the trash. There are only few things that I don't like, including that the leasing office stopped receiving packages. Another issue is that residents keep failing to obey with some rules, it is not rare to find dogs on the pool area, trash taken out of the proper day and time, despite this is not Camden fault it self it should enforce its rules with fines and possible taking privileges away from repeat offenders.

I've been at Camden for 9 months now, and I've thoroughly enoyed my time there. The location is perfect, you can walk to all bars, but it's still just far enough so you don't get the noise. The ammenities are great, and there's always parking spots, so you don't need to park on the last floor. Pool is very nice and well maintained and in the weekends is always filled with nice people. They are also extremelly responsive, my dryer broke on a Friday night, and it was fixed by Saturday after lunch. Drawbacks are, they have now a policy of not receiving packages at their office, which is a hassle, although not a major one. Other problem is that there are rumors that they increase the rates quite a bit at renewal, but I haven't gone trhough that yet, so I can't asure. Still, love living there, and even though my workplace is moving about 40 miles north, I plan on staying here, as it's been great.

This apartment is in an ideal location with easy access to everything in Houston and walkable to several midtown bars and restraunts. The apartments themselves are nice and the maintenance team is responsive to request, although weekend morning can often times be disgusting with trash, throwup, and other signs of late night partying.

I have lived here since January and have never had any issues at all. The location is perfect, the staff is great and always helpful, the property is well kept and the gym/pool are great! The residents are quiet, surprising for the Midtown area, but I have never had any problems. I feel super safe and love that I am so close to Buffalo Bayou! The trails are great for runners. Nothing but good things to say about this place!

When I moved into Camden, my goal was to have a place close enough to be able to walk to work since I didn't have very reliable transportation right out of college. I also wanted a safe place, a lot of space, and amenities to enjoy over the summer. Camden has indeed accomplished all goals I set for it! The staff is amazingly helpful, the apartments are extremely nice, the people are interesting. The only issue I have is the price. Now that I have a vehicle, I'd rather not pay so much each month for rent. My next apartment may nor be this Camden, but it could be another less expensive one.

I have been here for a little over 4 months and I love it. The staff is helpful and courteous, the amenities are great and I am in walking distance from everything I could need! Great food and drinks are just a few blocks away and they are VERY pet friendly!

This apartment complex is great. They layouts are perfect. This is my first place of my own and I'm so glad I chose Camden City Centre. As it is my first place, it is great to have such great service when something is wrong. Within a day each service request was responded to.

I've been living at Camden properties since 2010. I first lived in Camden Travis and now I live at Camden City Centre. I love the amenities that Camden provides, and the location is perfect for work and the weekends. There are bars and restaurants in walkable distance, and it takes about 5 minutes to get to work downtown. I have no plans to move out yet, I would recommend Camden City Centre to anyone.

Overall the apartment complex is pretty good and a fun place to live. On the positive side its location allows you to either walk to the Midtown bars and restaurants or its a short drive to anywhere else downtown you want to go. They have food trucks on site once or twice a week, and the pools are nice too. It was one of the cheaper places to live in the Midtown area and still had modern style rooms There are a few negatives though. Too many residents don't pick up after their dogs and every now and then I'll get a big whiff of it while walking along the side walk. The technology package is kind of a rip off since you only get cable, then have to pay extra for spotty internet from Comcast.

After two years and counting at Camden City Center, everything is just as they said it would be when I moved in. The facilities is always clean and communications between residents and management continues to be positive. On the downside, here are some of the changes that have been introduced since moving in: The parking situation is or can be tenuous at times, for guest and residents. I do understand the difficulties but sometimes the rules seem to be uncompromising (sometimes to the detriment of the towed individual). The change is package pick-up was not a good solution for the residents but good for the staff. Personally, I have elected to have packages delivered off-site to another address since it seemed to have become a burden on the management and staff. If your desire to live stress free, as I have and continue to do then, living in mid-town and within walking distance of many of the exciting attractions near downtown then, Step Right Up and Sit Right Down.

This is the best of the communities I have lived in around Houston. Starting with the wonderful leasing team that lead me to change my decision on where I would live for the next year, my experiences with Camden have only been positive. The property has met my expectations formed before my move: of the apartment's cleanliness and comfort, and I am able to relax and take advantage of the amenities and prime location as I should.

Moving from NYC to Houston TX was like moving from the Desert to Disney World! That may sound strange knowing how hot TX is but Camden City Centre made all the hot weather bearable. I was shocked to see how much pride the staff takes in where they work. Everything from the gym equipment to the pristine lawns, to the pools are taken care of. You really want for nothing. The agents in the office and the maintenance staff know what customer service really means. They don't cut corners at Camden. Lived at Camden city center for almost 3 years and I've been mostly happy. Great apartment finishings and pool. Nice and pretty place to live. Very dog friendly as wel! However, the front office won't hold packages that are delivered and I have a lot of trouble receiving my mail. I often have to leave work to make it to the post office to pick them up during the day. I just wish Camden front office would collect mail packages for their residents.

We wanted to be closer to the city and this apartment fits the bill. The staff has been helpful and City Center is loaded with amenities. Very happy with our decision.

Very nice community with great, spotless amenities. Staff is great. Location is nice, blocks from downtown as well as walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. Apartments are well built and upgraded with great appliances and features. Its a fun environment with a young crowd.

Camden City Centre is located in the best part of Midtown! The apartments are fabulously designed for anyone's taste. When you walk in your home after a long day, you will feel refreshed with the hardwood floors, beautiful entry ways leading to your island kitchen and stainless steel appliances and if you need some R&R, soak it up in the huge garden tub by candle light. Love the horseshoe shape closets, everything is at your fingertips. Forget about cooking when you can walk out your door and across the street to several different restaurants and bars. Did you hear that? You can walk across the street, not drive in traffic or stress out trying to find a parking place, OR you can have dinner delivered to your door in minutes. This place also LOVES owners with animals as well. They have their own bark park!! The staff is always accommodating whether it's day or in the middle of the night. They have three beautiful pools, which includes a quiet pool. Also, they enforce quiet time through the week, which is fabulous for the worker bees or students! This is the best apartment complex and location in Midtown!!

The location is nice. It's tucked away in a corner of midtown but definitely close enough to walk to all the restaurants and bars of midtown. The apartments themselves are nice and updated. Staff is good. Definitely a top choice in midtown for the price. Negatives are the ridiculous move in fees. Walls in the old phase are pretty thin. They don't accept packages to come to the main office so you have to go go the post office for packages that don't fit in mailboxes. And they use Comcast which sucks in general. Other than that everything is pretty good.

Love this complex! Excellent quality, friendly staff, great location. Negatives: sometimes slow response time with questions to the office, slightly unsafe surroundings. Friends car has been broken in to when parked on the street, but it's not incredibly common. Overall, love this place! Best apartment I've stayed at.

I have lived at Camden City Centre for over a year now and I love it. The gyms could be updated, and it would be nicer if it was more convenient to get groceries up to my apartment (I live on the fourth floor and there is only a walkway to the parking garage on the third level), but the location can't be beat. It's a luxury complex within walking distance of both midtown and downtown.

My wife and I just moved into Camden City center 2 weeks ago. Here are our key points so far: The good: The units are modern, spacious and will the usual Houston luxury apartments amenities (pools, gyms, bbq areas, parking etc). The location is good - walkable access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The bad: The signup fees are very high (higher compared to other luxury apartments in the inner loop). The office also does not accept packages (DHL, UPS) on your behalf anymore and that can be an issue. The units are not as sound proof as you would hope - definitely can adjoining units sounds and that can be painful. The main pool could also be cleaner. Overall, we are happy with the quality and location of the apartment. Still getting acquainted with Houston but all in all, we are satisfied with Camden City center

Houston is booming and new complexes are going in all over inside of 610. This is a property that has 2 phases and will fit the criteria that anyone is currently looking for. Want quick access to the highway; you are within 2 minutes of I-45, I-10, and 59? Want a pet friendly community; this community has great places for pets outdoor and has events for our 4 legged loves? Want a budget friendly place; in this area for a community like this the price cannot really be beat? Want to live in a pedestrian area; everything is walkable from City Centre and yet offers a very quiet area unlike many other midtown apartments? All in all, I have come to believe that this complex cannot be beat with the most important things needed when looking for a place to live.

I have lived in Camden City Center for 1 year now. My rooommate and I live in Phase II in the Portland II floorplan. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and sink. Since I like to entertain, I love the open kitchen/living room floor plan and the island in the kitchen. The lighting is wonderful with all the windows and lights in the apartment. Each room has a fan! I'm glad the living room is as large as it is, so both my rooommate and I were able to keep our couches! I was a little concerned that the bedrooms were so close. However, I haven't heard my roommate at night unless our bedroom doors are open. Sound does not creep through the closets as I feared it might. The complex is very cool catering to whatever you need. There is a party life at Camden City Center, since it's in midtown, and that is what the main pool is for. However, I'm not a huge partier because I'm attending grad school and working full time, and I can easily avoid it. There are two smaller quiet pools. They are nice and quiet because they are inside the buildings, however they only get sun from 10-4ish. There is also a 'computer lab' with a conference room that is perfect for me to study in, complete with tea and coffee! Additionally, the complex does regular events for its renters - breakfast, contests, movies, etc. I hear great things about the doggie play pen, I don't have a dog though so I can't speak for it myself. Oh and there are two gyms! The location of Camden City Center is great. It's located on the north side of midtown, which means you are far enough from the bars so you don't hear them at night and very close to Buffalo Bayou Park. Before this, I lived in Metro Midtown, and I could sing along with the bands at night inside my apartment! There is also a CVS that is very close that is a life saver. I'm always getting odds and ends there and redbox movies! Of course there are tons of great restaurants to walk to as well. Finally, the staff of most apartment complexes are usually the worst part of my living experiences. Camden is very nice and helpful though. Unfortunately, you really need to see them in person. If you call, you'll most likely be routed to their central office, who can't speak for individual complexes. However Camden is one of the few offices that is open on Sundays! Any issue or concerns I have are always addressed as soon as I go see them in person.

My roommate and I just moved in to Camden City Centre about 2.5 months ago and I am in love with my apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment is extremely spacious as we have a large L couch along with a full bar set up in the living room. It has an upscale feel with the high ceilings but comes at a reasonable price given the Midtown location. I do have a few complaints- our freezer has leaked water onto the floor, my bathroom sink faucet had collected mold at the spout when I arrived, and some of the grills barely work. These have all been minor issues so I have not yet brought them to management but from my knowledge they would be quick and happy to assist. Everything definitely works, the parking garage and trash valet are very nice to have, and I have not had any trouble in the surrounding area. Being within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, and downtown are huge pluses. Overall, my experience thus far has been a great one here and I am definitely going to consider renting again after this first lease.

Love Camden. All of my apartments have been with this company and they do not disappoint. Quick with maintenance requests, friendly staff, always have fun things going on, food trucks every week. Camden City Centre is by far my favorite of the 3 Camden apartment complexes I have lived in!!

Cons: I have had two vehicles that have been vandalized in the parking garage. There is vehicles constantly being broken into on the streets you park on by the buildings. There is no one patrolling the streets for safety. The gym closes at 11:00 PM. I have two foreign vehicles required to pay an extra $15 for a reserved spot that is on the rooftop with no shade. I already pay $1800 for my apartment and the parking garage is never full. So why do I have to pay an extra $15 for a spot that is forced to be in the intense Houston sunlight? The fire alarm has been set off at least 4-5 times in the past 2 years of me living in building 5. It takes hours before they shut it off. Pros: On the bright side, I enjoy the view from the balcony. The floor plan is well designed. The pool is one the best pools in midtown houston. I am glad the place is dog friendly. It is close to a lot of dog friendly restaurants and bars. I enjoy the camden residential events. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The staff is a group of very positive individuals. The staff is well trained to sell leases.

I've been at Camden City Centre for 6 months and really enjoyed it. They offer a variety of different apartments having being built in two phases. The apartments are in a nice spot being in walking distance of several restaurants/bars in the midtown area, but not so close that you can hear music and noise from midtown during the weekend. Also, Buffalo Bayou is in running/biking distance for the 1 or 2 months Houston has nice weather. You can really tell the staff do their best. They organize various social events and maintenance requests are generally taken care of in a day or two.

Those were the top things on the list when looking for my next apartment. When you start looking for a place to live there’s so much out there and sometimes things start blurring together…it’s hard to make a decision. A friend who lived at Camden before me recommended that I check it out…so I did and honestly, I knew that I was ready to move in. I wanted to be able to walk to downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, Buffalo Bayou Park, etc. and the location of this complex allows me to do so. Houstonians do too much driving anyways, it’s awesome to not have to hop in your car to get somewhere. I was worried that being so close to things meant that it’d be loud and rowdy, but my location within the complex has been great…literally no noise complaints. Safety was high on my list. Really, this complex is one of the most secure…at first I thought it was overkill (which sounds crazy), but now I’m used to it and am so appreciative. Only tenants have access to the garage through FOBs, which are also used to access the complex. I’ve lived in 3 different apartment complexes in four years and I finally feel like I can really relax when I get home. It’s important to realize that anywhere you live will have issues…whether it’s a clogged drain, or appliance issue, you’ll have to deal with the office staff. Every time I’ve had to call, which have been few and far between, I’ve been warmly greeted, my questions are answered and issues resolved asap. I’ve been so frustrated in the past when you’re paying for a service but don’t get what you’ve signed up for. Camden City Centre has really delivered which makes me feel like my money is being spent wisely here. One thing I’ll mention is that I do wish that there would be more cleanup after the weekends. I’ve noticed that the trash cans are overflowing and sometimes there’s soda/beer cans lying around. However, for all the amenities (multiple pools, multiple gyms, upgraded appliances and fixtures), location and truly exceptional customer service, I feel great with the decision I’ve made to live here.

I can not say enough good things about the amenities, staff, and community. The staff in the front office has always been incredibly helpful and honest. There have been several times which I have placed maintenance requests for things such as burned out lightbulbs, and everytime, a maintenance man has been out within a few hours. Overall, a very safe and clean complex for the money.

Camden City Centre (1) is a perfect place to call home. The apartments are spacious, modern, and competitively priced. They are dog friendly and even has it's own private dog park, which is a huge plus. This Camden is located in the heart of Midtown, so location is ideal for most 20-30 somethings. The last and maybe most important thing to point out is the exceptional management staff. Service requests are always made right away!

Located close to the main artery in the heart of Houston the up and coming generation of young professionals at Camden City Center definitely portray a permanent swag like that of a "Vacationer". If you enjoy loft style living then Building 4 is for you, high ceilings with a visible ventilation system and concrete slabbed floors the studio floor plan could be satisfying to couples and singles looking for a home to be proud of and attracted to at the same time. There is a feeling of solitude I believe individuals at Camden share, a safe and secure location Building 4 will give a satisfaction of establishment and security. Schedule a visit and prepare yourself for your new vacation home because there is no stress to be had around this place.

Camden City Centre is one of the nicest and most up-kept apartment complex I have ever lived at. As a lot of these reviews state the location is perfect - close walk to bars, restaurants, and corner stores. Although I can only comment on the main pool as that is the only one I have only been to it is awesome and always a great time - music, food, and a lot of people who are just looking to have a good time. Most importantly though, the grounds are always clean and up-kept, the staff is as friendly as can be, and the maintenance service is top notch. I have had 3 maintenance requests since I have lived at this complex and every issue has been resolved in less than 24 hours (even on the weekend).

My favorite thing about City Centre is that everything works like it's supposed to. Previous apartments have had issues with gates and appliances, but I have lived here for months and nothing has been a problem. The pool was the perfect place to spend my summer days, and since we have several to choose from, there was always enough chairs. Lastly, the location is ideal, just one exit off the highway and I'm home!

The good: Excellent location. Very quiet. Dog Park for dog owners. Everybody that lives and works there is very nice. Gym and common areas are in excellent condition. Appliances and finished are neat and updated. Neutral: Definitely a party complex, good when you want to party! Not good when you are trying to sleep and your apartment faces common areas. The bad: It is common to find people parking in your parking port and you need to wait for the tow truck to come to be able to park. Pool is too small, however there are three pools in the complex 2 of them are silent pools. Unfortunately car break ins are common in the area. Specially on the weekends since everybody parks around the community to go and party in Midtown. This could be solved/minimized if the street lightning is upgraded, it would also be safer for the dog owners to walk their dogs. There is no guest parking. Sometimes you need to place multiple tickets to get your issues resolved. Not all dog owners clean up after their dog and you have to be careful when stepping in the dog park or around the building.

Moving to a big city can be extremely overwhelming, but the staff at Camden City Centre really does make you feel like you are at home. They are welcoming and the apartment complex gives you an overwhelming feeling of home that you just can't beat! I have chosen to live with Camden for the last five years, two of those being at Camden City Centre and I have found it to be a great place for anyone. Pros: Walking distance from local pubs, great greenery surrounds the apartment complex (pet lovers, you'll appreciate that), the only apartment complex in midtown that has an actual dog park with agility course for your dog to play, the grounds are always kept, Buffalo Bayou Park is super close, monorail is conveniently located near by, gated community that ensures safety, welcoming atmosphere, three pools, and if you are ever too busy to cook dinner, there are always food trucks scheduled to come to the apartment complex at your convenience. Cons: Camden as a company no longer accepts packages in the office, therefore you must have your packages delivered to work or go pick them up from the mailing center.

We have lived here for over a year and a half now, and we just resigned another 15 month lease. The garage parking is nice, and the valet waste every night has been a lifesaver. There is not a ton of space for guests to park on the street but it hasnt been a major issue. I did get my car broken into when I parked on the street, so obviously, I only park in the garage now. Service requests are quick and easy and we really enjoy the online pay tool. Overall, we have enjoyed our time here and the monthly rent is lower than most places in the area.

Good location and amenities. Price is a little steep but is still worth it.
