Property Ratings at Marquis at the Reserve
Have been living there for almost 2 years now and i really love it, the apartment is really comfortable and has a really nice size, the price is perfect and i really like the ladies at the front office, they are always really nice!
Great place to LIVE if you enjoy nice scenery. The ambiance of the resort style living is simply breathtaking.
We here at about seven months ago and it's simply I called a home . It's very lovely place the management and the stuff are very good and friendly when we ask them about any thing they try to do it as soon as possible to us and every thing in the complex is very clean because they take care every single detail . About my self I recommend this place of living for a long time .
Verona at the Reserve is a friendly community that makes residents feel right at home. There are social events every week, and occasional food trucks. The landscaping is inviting to pets.
I moved in about 3 months ago and I absolutely love it, beautiful view at the pool, after a long week of work relaxing at the pool and jacuzzi are the best. The staff are very friendly as well for the tenants, all real nice. every guest I bring over stays SHOCKED at how beautiful they are, usually want to move in themselves. I got my apartment with Ebony, she helped me out a lot and SUPER nice.
This community has to be one of the greatest places I have lived in. The staff is phenomenal, the complex is very well maintained and super clean. No disruptive tenants, super quiet and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone thinking about moving to Katy.
Verona At the Reserve Apartments in Katy TX are the best Luxury apartments I have ever lived in ! If you are looking for convenience you will find it at Verona. Verona is a European inspired resort style apartment complex with a full range of amenities. The amenities at Verona include: A resort style pool with sundecks, cabanas, and heated spa,24 hour fitness club and spa, clubhouse with sate-of-the-art movie theater, game lounge, conference rooms, business center, outdoor fire pits,outdoor kitchens with gas grills, gated community, and last put not least the complex is very pet friendly! Most importantly, the staff and management at Verona are amazing they treat tenants with respect and provide exceptional service. I first moved to Verona in July 2011 and lived here for 2 years. After 2 years I was feeling that I could not justify the expense for a 2 bedroom apartment even though I ALWAYS loved living here. Several new complexes were being built in the area so I decided to move to another brand new complex. BIG MISTAKE. I hated all of it! There is nothing that measure up to Verona at the Reserve. 8 months later, and I just moved back 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. I don't know what I was thinking moving out to begin with. Everything at this property is thought of. The staff is great, apartments are very nice, grounds are well kept. The people living here are friendly and socialize. The amenities are to die for! I am so glad I moved back
Verona looks like a good place to live safe, confortable and convenient
I have lived here for about a month. The apartments are beautiful and the residents all seem very friendly. The appliances and layout of apartments are awesome. This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The lake view is absolutely beautiful!!! I would highly recommend this place. The office staff is awesome and very professional. They even go as far to leave a welcome gift for you in your apartment upon move in. Very thoughtful indeed! Do yourself a favor and come see for youself. You will not be disappointed.
