Property Ratings at Marquis at Katy
I want to share my experience from last weekend. I looked at the reviews and seen some bad ones, but still went to see this community. I’m soooooooooo happy I did! The leasing consultant Ms. Monique went above and beyond her job to make sure I had no unanswered questions or concerns about my apartment search. She was easy to talk to and made me feel at home the second I walked through the door. It was very windy and cold getting ready to rain, and I had two little ones with me. she still walked us around the property and it was very well kept! And the neighbors all greeted us. We returned back to the office and she made sure I had options on which apartment I wanted and also took the time to provide me with the best prices! I had been apartment searching all that day and no one gave me a list of schools in the area… Monique made sure I had that information! She let me know she would be out of the office on Monday, however Ms. Tammy called to welcome me. This may seem small or apart of business to some, however I know apartments that sit on applications, so I greatly appreciate their team work. The apartment is beautiful! And I cannot wait to move in! However! It was the customer service I received that day, that sold me on leasing here. Monique has been communicating with me throughout this process making sure my needs and concerns are taken care of before my move date. She is a Rockstar!!!

We've been in this complex about three months. The rent is very fair. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. The complex is quiet and well maintained, conveniently located, and with single entrance and exit in the gated property, feels very safe. 5 stars.
