Marquee at Andover

The reviews of this apartment are likely skewed high because it used to be nice before the new management took over. I moved here in 2021 and it was a nice place with great people. When the new management took over a few years ago everything changed. Things break all the time but there is just one over-worked maintenance person to handle everything. So all he can do it just temporarily fix the problem. If the problem is deeper, management just ignores it. For example, elevators break at least once a month. The package room used to have a lock, but it broke and they just didn't fix it (for 2 years). Also many people who have moved in more recently play loud music at night. The place (especially the first floor) reeks of cannabis every night. Not too long ago, wheels were stolen in the parking lot and management did nothing about it. Also the person who works at the office is not on top of things. I send email for weeks about important billing topics and they go ignored. I have seen 3 instances of people who come Saturday morning for a tour and they wait for hours only to give up and leave. Don't move here. PS I have a friend who lives in a luxury apartment in Cambridge MA (a pricey area). It is absolutely stunning for comparable size. She pays less in rent than I did here.

A great sense of community I have not seen in my other apartment buildings

With better weather on the way, we are anticipating that the grounds will get a nice cleanup. The lawns are heavily littered with small trash items and dog mess. Overall our stay here has been wonderful.

Marquee at Andover is a safe, loving community. The residents are very nice and for some of us who have been there for awhile, we look out for each other and celebrate each other. The staff are great too. They have an open door policy and no problem is insignificant for them. They are very profession and very friendly too.

Best management team and place to live in. Very secure, very clean and very friendly residents.

The Marquee is a well kept high end community with countless professionals amongst it's residents and a professional staff that wonderfully maintains the grounds. It's close to two major highways and shopping plazas, but secluded enough that the area remains peaceful.

I really enjoy being a member of this community! The apartment and the grounds are awesome and there’s plenty of room to walk my dog. The location of the complex is really nice. It has a field being in a relaxed suburban environment but we’re very close to pretty much anything you would want -restaurants or shopping. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Andover area, Marquee is the place!

I visited the apartment complex and even though I could not see the model apartment, just the general look proved me that I'd expect a clean and well maintained apartment for my family to move in. I wasn't wrong. The apartment building is run well, it's clean and management is nice and responsive. Schools are good and school bus arrangment for the kids is safe. I'd recommend to anyone looking to move into the area.

I have been treated very well at Marquee at Andover. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is friendly and professional.

It's a nice place to live overall, but residents need to be more considerate and clean

Due to unsanitary trash conditions and lack of attention to the complaints about it, I give this location below average. Definitely not worth what I am paying.

We are long term residents and probably there are few still left from when the building open. We enjoying the easy maintenance and relaxing atmosphere.
