This is my 5th month here and so far everything is good....I enjoy the fact that the leasing office put on so many different events for the community....It is always something good and beneficial for the community happening here whether it is a food truck to help prepare dinner for the night or world health organizations coming together to help us take care of our health or even find employment.
Great apartments. Clean, safe and friendly. Perfect location. Love all the community things they do at the clubhouse. The property is well taken care of.

Feels like a resort The bestest place to stay. I enjoy the views from every corner. The pool is warm and inviting. Many of us don’t make breakfast; we just go to the office and grab one We have lots of community activities that bring neighbors together

Love it here the residents and staff are so friendly and nice. The meeting room is great and loving the coffee machine. Also the printer and paper shredder are a real bonus.

Everything in the house is beautiful. The furnishings are new. It's a very quiet and calm community. It's nice that the apartment entrances are cleaned regularly.

The staff is amazing here, including maintenance. I love how they remember you, and will always wave. The community seems really lovely as well. I have had no noise issues, even at the pool. It’s so great. I love it here!

The complex is very clean and has all the amenities I need. We haven’t lived here for too long but so far it’s been great! It’s on a quieter road and once the Sprouts gets done in front it will be even better!

Absolutely love living here. My favorite part is the feeling of being in a resort, with access to all amenities like the pool and gym in less than a minute. The trash butler service is such a plus as I never have to worry about taking the trash out. The management team is very nice and always willing to help. We have the heater turned off in the hot summer months, but it will be back on in the cooler months to ensure you are able to enjoy the pool in the winter. I don’t even know where to begin…this place is beyond amazing. The pool is stunning, my favorite part has to be the full size bed that you can lay on to tan!! The 24/7 open gym is a blessing in disguise. As a mother i rarely have time during the day to go to the gym…im so glad i can go at 10pm or even 1am if i wanted to!! absolutely love living here at marlowe, you will too!!

We came for a tour last week, and yesterday was our move in day! My girlfriend and I have toured 10-15 apartments, and Marlowe Jacaranda just felt like “home” immediately! Every single staff member they have is incredibly friendly & polite, and the hospitality of the neighbors we have met so far is second to none! Our move in process was seamless, and the fact that this wonderful community is only a few months old was just the icing on the cake! When they say “luxury living” they truly mean it! We’re very grateful to call such a wonderful place “home”, and this is where we plan to be until we begin the process of buying our first house! A good place to live. I’ve really enjoyed my residence so far. We really like the pool, gym, the ponds, bbq grills, and other amenities. Though there are minor things that weren’t done right by construction crew, the place is still very nice.

From application to move in & beyond, my experience has been amazing. I love the new facilities and being able to settle in was easy. Amenities are abounding and there’s plenty to keep busy with just on the property. The pool is lovely, well kept & there’s amazing views from any building. The units are located closely to grocery stores, a gas station and any other simple needs. The location was important for me. They offer beautiful homes to all ages and families, couples or single residents. It’s been great.

This place is much better than I expected. The Staff is amazing and as more helpful than any place I have had in the past.
