Close to Bellingham nightlife, WWU, dining, shopping and entertainment. Units available with update appliances! Rent includes spacious storage locker in secured basement. Parking is NOT included, but limited month-to-month rental spaces may be available for an additional $62 a month. Renters insurance required through tenancy. Sorry, NO PETS! Unless otherwise noted, 1 year lease required.
