Bedrooms are spacious with carpet for flooring, modern fixtures, and great natural lighting. At Marcom St Apartments water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and basic cable are included with your rent. A washer and dryer are also included in every apartment. This makes moving in quick and convenient. The application fee is $100 per person. Parental Guarantors are allowed for students. The Guarantor Application fee is $60.
