You will love the feel of our open and spacious floor plans. Our apartments offer a brand-new kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Kitchens offer premium cabinetry with modern lighting, a separate pantry, and counter seating. LVP flooring throughout kitchen and living areas. Bedrooms are spacious with carpet for flooring, modern fixtures, and great natural lighting. At Marcom St Apartments water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and basic cable are included with your rent. A washer and dryer are also included in every apartment. This makes moving in quick and convenient. The application fee is $100 per person. Parental Guarantors are allowed for students. The Guarantor Application fee is $60.
