Property Ratings at Mapleridge Apartments
Not much else. We've had issues with insulating and mold in the winter, issues with the neighbors smoking into the vent that goes into our bedroom (we have small children). And to top it off management refuses to answer our phone calls and never messages us back. Our "renovated" apartment has vynil flooring that isn't installed correctly and Is buckling in the kitchen. We've stepped and hurt our feet on many nails hidden in the carpet. The ac doesnt work hardly at all. If you expect anything other than a roof over your head here is not the place.
There is a new manager she is working a lot to improve this complex.. She shows no favoritism but is fair and gets things done
Poor upkeep. Poor, nosy, nasty management. Tenants/neighbors are nice. Not even mail lady wants to talk to management. Management will not hold packages for you. Even some police officers won't speak to management... No walkin closet. No dishwasher. No high-speed Internet access. No ceiling fans. If somebody smokes in another apartment you can smell it in yours. No tennis court. No courtyard. If you have carpet you're not allowed to have pets...
