Manassas Station East is a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are spacious and clean. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The leasing staff are very kind and quick to respond. I can't recommend this place enough!

We have been living here for 3 years and we love it. Its nice to be near all of the excitement in old town this is a great place. I also love the commute to work being at the center of everything. The staff is very nice and helpful. We enjoy perks like the elevator, the computer room, and the luxury of a trash shoot.

Great location, well maintained, self contained, reasonably priced , secure and quiet, but community oriented.

Manasssas City is a beautiful quaint town. Manassas Station East offers excellent walkable convenience and accessibility to Old Historic Downtown shops, cafes, restaurants, the Post Office on Church Street, the VRE, Amtrak, Museum, Farmers Market, new Manassas Library next to Giant Grocery Store on Dumfries, I-66, 95. The apartments have nice amenities. And the excitement on special holidays to see the fireworks from your balcony is awesome! The residents are quite and friendly.

Manassas Station apartments are well maintained. Grounds and public areas are clean. Leasing and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The location is close to the train station and shops.

The staff at Manassas Station made moving in during COVID seamless and easy. They are all very communicative and willing to help out residents. Management truly does take pride in keeping the facilities clean and instilling the sense of community. A great place to live!

I've been a resident in this complex for over 3 years and pleased with management and maintenance.

This complex is amazing for the price! The modern design and location can't be beat. Plus, the on-site management makes resolving any issue easy and less stressful. However, the biggest advantage is the security. No one can gain access to the complex without a key card. You can also have packages delivered right to your door.

My husband and son we like it here a lot close to all the places we need to go. Nice building to live in, quiet place, walking distance is very nice. Mail boxes and trash room inside which is very nice. We have been here now for 6 months and we like it.

The building is great, in a wonderful location not far from a lot of shopping, schools and restaurants. The building is clean, and for the most part quiet. The VRE is conveniently located and the apartment is well insulated from the sound the trains make. The building is secure and the community room is great for social gatherings. The gym has working equipment and is well lit, even at night. Overall, we're really happy.

The wife and I love it here at Manassas Station. Neighbors are friendly as all get out. The building is well maintained by the maintenance staff. When Covid-19 has run its course, twill be nice to see your smiling faces again.

Please do not share my comments. My situation is unique and I dont think it should be shared. I like the place and will continue to live here. However, some events could have been handled in a much more professional and caring manner.

I have only been here 1 month and the Leasing Office staff are friendly and always helpful. My requests for minor repairs have been addresses quickly.

Larry is the best building maintenance guy you could ask for. He genuinely cares about the residents and ensuring they have a working home to live in comfortably!!

I love living at Manassas station its clean and I enjoy the staff and my neighbors. Its very pet friendly as well. Also, perfect for anyone with disabilities.

The rental process was easy to do online. I was in California, and Nikki worked with me every step of the way. All I had to do when I got here was to meet up with Nikki to pick up my keys.

Location

It's a wonderful location within walking distance of the commuter train, and the historic Manassas district. Lots to do with unique small businesses in a friendly small city with a down-home vibe. The apartments are spacious, with nice appliances and excellent sound isolation (nice and quiet). I look forward to being here for quite some time.

Capreit building management and staff are awesome...however you would not want me to rate the construction quality of the building by the owners

Really enjoy living at Manassas Station! It's one of the quietest apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The staff also genuinely cares about their residents from the maintenance crew to the office staff & manager. Great place to live!

The complex is really nice, I love how the appliances and all are updated. The colors in the building/ apartments go really well together.

Residents and Staff alike are all very polite and it is definitely one of the nicest apts I have ever lived in!

I have been here since February 2019 and I love it here. The management Nicky and Shawna are very nice, helpful, and they are hardworking professionals. The maintenance and the cleaning staff keep everything functioning and clean. Plus my neighbors are very kind as well. Plus if you like a quiet relaxing place to live but still like to be near the excitement and restaurants it is a great location. Plus the inside of the apartments are beautiful. As soon as I walked in my apartment I knew I was home.

Leasing office is kind, courteous and will work with you AS LONG AS you give them a chance to and communicate. I've only met a few residents but they were nice as well. The surrounding area is very nice and makes you feel like you're truly home.

This really is a great apartment complex. The secure building adds an extra layer of security for those worried about living alone or with children, and the building itself has a very clean and modern feel to it. The sound proofing is amazing, and while you can still hear the trains going by outside, or people in the halls, I've not once heard by neighbors through the walls, and comparing the sound of the trains with the windows closed to the windows open, there is a huge difference. Also of note, the trains don't run at night, so that shouldn't keep you awake, unless you work night shift.

I love living here. The people and management are nice. It is very pet friendly and I am conviently located near everything.

I found no better place for my dollar, the location and the quality of the apartments.

Extremely nice apartments, close to everything you would need and the office is a pleasure to deal with.

This is a nice and clean community. Its quiet at night and Ive never had a complaint about any interactions with my neighbors. The building is secured which adds a sense of safety and exclusivity. This is one of the nicer apartments Ive ever lived in. Location is great because you are a short walk from Old Town, but out of the way of the daily hustle and traffic. Would recommend taking a look here if thinking about moving to the Manassas area.
