Excellent service We had a great experience with the Maintenance team. Our Heating had stopped working and the team was at our door step with in 20min and had the problem solved with in an hour we are very grateful for the fast response and excellent service since we haven small kids in the house.

Could be better! I rate the staff bc and maintenance with 5 Stars , but you most recent communication regarding the personal responsibility to change our own lights is a definite 1. At almost 80, and with a bad hip and knee , climbing a ladder is dangerous for me., and not something I can do.

Perfect! It was not a West task to locate and exterminate the cricket that was taking up residence in the utility closet, but the task was handled quickly and efficiently by maintenance. A job well done!

Excellent, but… I love living at Mallory Ridge. The Staff and maintenance personnel are fantastic. The ground are well kept, but the emptying of the trash and recycling bins definitely could use attention. An overflowing trash and recycling bins are definitely not attractive to perspective renters. This area needs attention.

Smooth move in Friendly and here early for giving me my keys. Prompt and effective response to my requests. My apartment is in beautiful shape and is spacious and high quality. Welcome Home.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean and move-in ready, the staff made everything easy, and the community is quiet and really nice.

Thank you HVAC and Maintenance Teams Our air conditioner kind of quit on is during some of the hottest days this year so far but the teams came through. Once they figured the problem out, then they brought us portable air conditioners to get us through while the problem was being fixed. I appreciate maintenance sticking with it until the problem was fixed and checking in to make sure it was working.

Thanks to our Maintanence Guy The Maintenance guy came by promptly to assess the situation regarding my request (Weatherstripping for entry door). He came back with a few different styles to try and find the best fit and was able to come up with a solution that satisfied everyone. Overall a pleasant experience, keep up the great work! Poor snow removal Many spots have not been cleaned up. Leaving few clean spots for residents to park. Lots of ice still in walking areas. Not safe for older people. Very easy for someone to slip and fall.

Snow removal and Fitness room equipment. The clearing of snow after a storm is poor/fair! Once the plows have completed their sweep, the removal of remaining snow in between cars and on the walkways need better attention. In the Fitness Room, one of the treadmills has been out of commission for a month, despite repeated reminders to the office.

Nice. Reasonably quiet. You don't have to worry about packages being stolen. Everyone picks up after their dog. Haven't heard a single party. Maintenance crew is excellent. Grounds crew is excellent. The floors are thin so you just hope that you get quiet neighbors above. That's the only risk here. It's not cheap, but nice isn't free.

We have lived here over a year and have enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood has been wonderful no issues to speak of. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Lauren the manager is exceptional!

I have lived at Mallory Ridge for about 4 months now. Overall the best apartments for the Bloomfield area. These are new buildings (~2 years old) with brand new appliances. My unit has a nice big balcony; big is an understatement. Full washer and dryer in your apartment. Thick walls, so you never hear your neighbors (I forget they exist). Lauren is the property manager here and she is awesome! Heated pool open most of the year. 24/7 access to clubhouse and gym area which is a big plus. Best thing I think is the car wash area (love that there's a vacuum for your car).
