We have our commercial pest control service here every Wednesday and they are very good at keeping pest issues under control. We just need to know where to send them so they can fix your issue. They're so busy taking care of these empty apt,that they don't take care of the people who actually lives here paying rent.many broken promises.i'm going to be nice and don't say the word...lies.

Rude and unprofessional management. When I moved in, the apartment was unusable with a hole in the ceiling and no light in a room. I suffered the repair at my entrance. The water service is the most expensive in the world and sometimes it's dirty. There is a great indiscipline with non-client cars that sleep inside the condominium.They just want your money .I have the feeling management see their customers as adversaries and bad people. Avoid going through bad times.Only Jesse and his team are great

I mainly want to write this review to give praise to Michelle! From the moment I walked through the office she has been a gem. This is my first time being on my own so naturally I had many concerns and worries with the application and leasing process. Michelle constantly reassured me and put me at ease and I signed my lease today! Im excited to move into my new home in May! Beautiful units, in a safe and friendly neighborhood.

We lived here for two years until we purchased our home and loved the community. The front staff is always friendly and attentive. The pool is great and plenty of open spaces for kids to run around and do activities. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice apt in a calm community without breaking the bank.
Mallard Creek Apartments are in the best location, have the best amenities, and is surrounded by a great community. I lived there while I was going to Lone Star College, it was so convenient to be so close to my school and it was very close to where I work, off of 59. The ladies in the office are also so welcoming and helpful to whatever you may need. They just remodeled the gym there and it is very spacious now with more equipment. I would recommend these Apartments to anyone!
I've been here little over 5 years, it's a great place to live, pool is always open, and clean, beautiful view everywhere you look, and an extra Thanks to the Lovely Ladies that work in the office, I got to wear my new blouse to Walmart, haha, couldn't button the top one, so I ran to the office! Gotta love my girls! Thanks.
We have lived here a month so far and we love it. I like all the events they put on for the residents like the food truck. My wife and I are glad we chose this place to be our home.
My family absolutely loved Mallard Creek and were so sad to leave. The new front office staff is so sweet and helpful. We loved our view with our fenced in yard. Definitely would recommend this community

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Office staff is completely incompetent. The Manager is rude and is not capable of managing apartments. Our apartment has flooded twice in (2) months due to water heater. Mold in closets. Maintenance request go days without being completed. Renters use cardboard boxes, foil and other objects in windows to keep sun out. Terrible place to live! Apartment complete across the road is same amount per month and is much nicer and well kept! Spare yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.

I absolutely love my apartment. The location is wonderful. The area around my residence is full of things to see and do and I couldn't have asked for a better place to live while I study and work towards my Associate of Arts at the college nearby. When I first moved in I was not expecting to feel so cozy but within a couple of days I felt at home and satisfied with my choice. I have been kicked out of my home twice before I was able to get my own apartment . Each time, I wondered what it might be like to have my own place like the one I live in now. I'm grateful to my parents who sacrifice everything (including money that they do not have) in order to keep me surviving long enough to make it this far, and I hope that I can win this prize so that I can save up for school and a car and give my parents a financial break for once in their lives.
Well-kept apartments. Very courteous and friendly staff. Maintenance turn-around times are very quick.
Close to town and not to pricy. Gated and well kept I had a great time staying here. Maintenance is more responsive than most other apartment complexes. The community was nice, the people there treated everyone with respect. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would happily rent from them again.
