Not Fancy, But Nice

These apartments aren't fancy in any particular way, but they are clean and well maintained. We see improvements on an ongoing basis: new washers and dryers; security cameras installed; nice paintings put up in the hallways, and other improvements have been made over the years. There's no pool, or courtyard, or exercise room, or any of those other amenities. Just simple, clean, reasonably priced apartments.
