Mesa combines suburban living with city conveniences as Arizona's third-largest city. Spanning 143 square miles across the Sonoran Desert, the city features both established neighborhoods and newer developments. At its heart, downtown Mesa hosts the Mesa Arts Center, offering year-round performances and exhibits. The rental market shows average rates from $1,117 for studios to $2,585 for four-bedroom homes, with recent decreases between 0.8% to 2.5% year-over-year. Notable areas include Dobson Ranch with its golf course and lakes, the Las Sendas area near Red Mountain, and the developing Gateway district by Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The city's heritage includes ancient Hohokam canals that still shape Mesa's water infrastructure today. Residents enjoy Red Mountain Park's 1,146 acres of recreational space, spring baseball at Sloan Park (home to Chicago Cubs training), and educational opportunities at Mesa Community College and ASU's Polytechnic campus.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Madera Point Apartments
Management has been great with my move-in and provided everything I needed to settle in. Location is very convenient as many things are near by.

We're happy to hear that the Madera Point Apartments management team made your move-in smooth and convenient for you! Thanks for sharing your positive experience with us. If there's anything else we can do to help, just let us know.
Management is a joke and I could only take a year before I couldn’t take it anymore. Closing fees are a joke and charge you things without even verifying

Weve had some issues with A/C and plumbing and the maintenance team dealt with each the day of and made quick work of the problem. Its been great to live here!
Madera point is a excellent place to live because people here are very respectful!
I enjoy the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
Ample parking. Relatively quiet. Next door to an amazing car shop and clean amenities.
I love the fact that the support team is extremely responsive to maintenance needs.
Dog friendly, down to earth staff, professional care and comfortable, safe living. Whats not to love?! Renewed lease once and likely to renew again.
Friendly staff and prompt service when moving in. The apartment complex has a safe feel about it. I order packages a lot and feel confident that they will be at my door when I get home. The actual living space is just perfect. Its modern and all the appliances are in great working condition. Im so happy with moving in here. All the neighbors Ive met are friendly as well and its quiet. Great place!
The maintenance staff is professional, hard-working, and friendly.
I absolutely love the property, even during the pandemic..service is seamless. I highly recommend the property.
Wonderful place to live so far, the staff is friendly and take great care of the property. Beverly is exceptional and goes above and beyond!
Madera point made sure I had a portable ac when my air went out. I had a new ac the next day.. very professional
The Manager is always helpful and fair. The maintenance men are very quick to reply to work orders and do a very good job!!!
All members of the staff are very responsive, professional, and I always available and considerate. I have always received a very quick and satisfactory solution to requests and questions.
Im a new tenant and community management has been very attentive to my needs and concerns. Love the new place
The place is beautiful.
Excellent staff they work efficiently
I love living here with my dachshund. So cozy, safe, and comfortable. Plenty of easily accessible shopping and parks nearby. Dog friendly office, free coffee, a printer, and once covid is over- a pretty pool and fire pit! And there are ALWAYS doggy bags at all the stations!! So glad I chose to live here.
Ive been at Madera Point since 2017 and I keep renewing! Started with a 1 bedroom the first two years and now I have an amazing 2 bedroom with plenty of spacious areas within the apartment!
I love my apartment. Been here over a year now. Recently renovated, well lit, modern conveniences like USB outlets and top-notch appliances (the in-unit washer and dryer are great!) The pool area is so nice, there are doggie stations and green grass all over the place including a large courtyard perfect for the dog to get some exercise. And one of the best things here is the management. They have really gone out of their way for me on several occasions. As long as I work in the area and continue to rent, I'll be at Madera Point.
*****Read before you rent***** -It took five months for a simple response to the BBB -It took two months to get a working washer and dryer in the apartment . When the replacement washer and dryer were delivered, the dryer looked like someone washed a box of crayons and pack of gum in it. -Glass in the pool was almost always an issue -Outside security gates were broken more often than working -Water heater leaked and damaged items in storage, nothing was done to replace the damaged items. This happened less than one month after an inspection on my unit was completed and deemed good during that inspection. The person specifically looked at the water heater. -I paid for my own carpet cleaning on term renewal. Was never reimbursed or compensated for that expense. Office was informed that the carpet was going to be cleaned and only after the fact informed me that on renewal it was done for free on request. -Police incidents on the property- I watched one lady get tazed out by the golf course. Another time I was held at gunpoint while walking back to my apartment because Mesa PD was looking for someone and needed to make sure I wasn't that person. -Water Bill- Due to glass in the pool, the pool was constantly drained and filled. The renters pay for the water being replaced so a few times the rent was over $1,000. ($150 water bill) because maintenance didn't get all of the glass out on the first try. -Barking dogs on the property. Two of my neighbors used to leave their dogs out on the back balcony until late at night. The dogs would bark for five to six hours at a time. Management was informed, but never did anything about it. -Package Delivery- delivered parcels are placed in a back room. Finding a time during normal business hours proved difficult. Three times, I had to get the office staff to search multiple times because they didn't find the boxes when they first looked. -Document retention practices- I had a doctors note that was requested for a service dog. The ID card I guess wasn't good enough? That letter was filed and never found as I requested it on the day I moved out. -Last thing- get EVERYTHING in writing with a signature and date. I was lied to, and the person that I spoke with left the company. Now my balance is almost $3,000 because there was no record of that employee saying I would only get a bill for $1,610 for early termination. Sounds like a great place to live doesn't it?
I have lived Madera Point over 18 years. Madera Point is a safe, well maintained property with great amenities. Staff is always helpful and pleasant to talk too. I live within a two mile distance in three directions to three different freeways. I am one block down from the light rail station. I am close to Mesa Community College and Arizona State University. There are so many shopping places, restaurants, and different activities around here; no one can claim they are bored. I also know that on the days I choose to stay in and relax, I am always going to be comfortable in my "HOME". Julianne C, Mesa AZ
Absolutely horrible place to live. The property was recently taken over by a new management company and getting a hold of them is nearly impossible. No one answers the phone, maintenance requests take over a week to be taken care of, the apartments are infested with roaches and everything falls apart and no one does anything about it. Since the new management the website takes you in circles and leaves it impossible to pay rent online even tho they say you can, which has to have made many people's rent late. Ridiculous management. Do NOT live here.
The apartment complex is very nice looking on the outside. When you get on the inside it is also very nice, I believe they said the complex was newly renovated. The only downside is that there is only one pool but other than that the place is great. The management people are very nice and extremely helpful!
My boyfriend and I really enjoy these apartments. They're really nice especially on a budget. The only downside is the washers and dryers aren't the best. But the mantinence is super helpful and they're always quickly there for your work orders which is so nice!
