I have lived at this complex for 3 years. This is a small complex/community in the middle of subdivision homes that is quiet and peaceful. Management is on point and maintenance is quick and efficient. Great place to live.

The office people are very rude and stupid , they have a problem with children so if you have kids you might a well keep them inside for how ever long your staying. They care about Dogs more then people

I really love living here my neighbors are friendly, and it's always clean they stay on top of things. The management is also great and some very nice ladies I enjoy talking to them when I have time. They make you feel like you are home. And not another paycheck to them. I like that a lot.

For the most part I really enjoy living here. The office staff is very kind and responsive. The property itself is very kept up well, the landscaping crew seems to be extremely capable. The pool area is very relaxing, almost a tropical vibe. The maintenance crew takes care of our needs in a timely and professional manner. if I have anything negative to say it would be about the parking, sometimes late at night it's hard to find a space that is close to my apartment. But, when I do come in late, I really appreciate the security guard on site. I wish I didn't leave so close to the street, but other than that this is a wonderful place to live.

It?s been great staying in Apartment...everything works well and staffs are always willing to help.
Clean and comfortable
Cypresswood Court has been my first apartment I have ever rented and everything from the staff and grounds crew to the apartment itself has been perfect.
Over priced for the outdated appliances
This is my first apartment and I am 22. I love how peaceful these apartments are. My neighbors are super friendly as well as the office staff. I have had no issues so far and look forward to living here for the next year.
I am in my mid-twenties and just moved from Midtown up the Cypresswood Apartments. I am surprised how much I enjoy living here. It's peaceful and GREAT for my two dogs. They have a large grassy area and several walking/hiking trails close by. The staff is helpful. When I moved in the refrigerator was not chilling properly. They replaced it with a new one the very next day. Despite other reviews for this area, the bugs have not caused me any issues. They spray weekly and if it becomes an issue, you request service and they'll treat your place. Families do occupy most of the apartments but everyone is friendly and I feel safe. The pricing is very affordable and nearly half of what I was paying in Midtown. If you're looking for a bar scene though, stay in Midtown. Bottom line, this place far exceeded my expectations.
Remember kids, you get what you pay for AKA do not waste you time with this complex.
